The Bedford Hotel is a very comfortable and clean hotel located by City Hall. Excellent food with delicious home baked bread which should not be missed. The staff are very professional but at the same time very polite, friendly and welcoming. I have stayed at the hotel numerous times and have always been welcomed back.

A beautifully designed hotel, very tastefully decorated and retaining a lot of it's original features from when it was a bank/insurance brokerage. The bedroom was large with a very comfy bed and great bathroom and products. The breakfast was lovely and the dining room and bar area was very swish. Staff were so friendly, chatty and helpful. Highly recommended!

Had a lovely stay. Best hotel I've stayed in whilst visiting Belfast by a country mile. Staff were helpful and pleasant, building and decor was newly renovated and the breakfast was excellent. Worth paying an extra £20 to stay here over the Clayton or others.

We had a fantastic overnight stay. My wife was celebrating her birthday and the birthday treat left in the room was a nice touch. We had breakfast which was really nice. Staff were very attentive. Cocktails in the bar were delicious. My only criticism would be it is difficult to access the bar internally from reception. You have to be escorted through the restaurant which felt restrictive for moving freely as a hotel guest.
