Great hotel in the Victoria section of London. Stayed in a smaller room as I was traveling alone, everything was very clean, well maintained, and nice amenities included like all the l’occitane soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. They also have a very good breakfast option, with a continental breakfast as the base and hot food options for a small upcharge. But the staff really make this place shine. I got lots of help finding my way around during my two-night stay, and when I was stupid and left my backpack (which held my passport and an iPad and more important items) in the cab they’d called to get me to the coach station, they immediately called them after I called the desk in a panic. They called me back multiple times to give me updates and ensure I retrieved my pack, and the cab got back to me just in time for me to catch the bus I’d booked. They absolutely deserve five stars, and if I could give ten for the way they helped me recover my backpack I would.

We have stayed in the Belgrave a number of times before and have never been disappointed. The hotel is lovely, so clean and highly maintained. We stayed in the newly refurbished signature suite and oh boy have they thought of just about everything!! There is what appears a wardrobe but opens into a small kitchen with everything from a brita filter tap, Nespresso machine, fridge, microwave, cutlery and crockery. There is a Dyson hair dryer, a clothes steamer, an iron and ironing board. The bed is so comfortable with high end mattresses, quilts and pillows along with bedding. Beside the bed there is mag pack charging points and usb-c connections. Finally the beautiful bathroom with such beautiful tiling and a fantastic waterfall shower with no leaking!!! The bathroom even has a charging points for electric toothbrushes! Everything you could need. The air conditioning during the high temperature in London was excellent. But most of all, the best thing was Killan. He is the night manager or if not the night manager needs to be promoted to. He is so kind and looks after all guests so well. Always checking if anyone needs anything and such a friendly face to see after a long day in London. All the staff are truly wonderful but Killan stands out going above and beyond. Carrying suitcases, checking if we need anything in the room or taxis ordered. A wonderful representation of the hotel. We see him every time we are here and always the same kind, helpful, smiling and charming guy.

It was an old but updated building with decent size rooms for Europe. It had a very comfortable bed, and nice bathroom.

Lovely hotel, clean room, I was right next to the lift but it was very quiet. The breakfast was excellent - excellent value to upgrade to the full breakfast from the continental if it is in your room rate.

Lovely small hotel walkable to theatres. Rooms have everything required: safe, hairdryer, tea/coffee, slippers etc Restaurants & pub nearby. Would stay again👍

The location was very convenient for sightseeing. Not too close yet still walkable to the Hop On Hop Off, Victoria station and done Shows (eg Hamilton and Wivked). The street is lovely. Felt very safe The property was clean, well decorated and well maintained. Both inside and out.

This was my second time staying here. I love this hotel. The rooms and staff are great. The hotel is in a great spot to make exploring London by public transport or by foot easy while also being in a more quiet location. They have a nice breakfast as well. I hope to be back again soon!

Staff was very nice and the manager came to speak with my wife and me when we were getting drinks and talking about day to day life in London. It was a great chat. The room was also bigger than we were expecting which was nice. Highly recommend!

The neighborhood was quiet when returning after a busy day exploring London, but very close to restaurants, pubs and the underground. Staff all friendly, my room very clean with a view of the Battersea Station in the distance. I was very comfortable traveling as a solo 64 year woman.

Great boutique hotel. Room was a bit small but that’s the price of a great location. Was a bit tight for me and my wife, would be more suitable for solo travellers. Staff and everything was great.
