We all thought how lovely it was, bright decor, very clean, and so much food of absolute quality. My wife and I had a pot of tea while our son had a flavored tea, a nice mix of sandwich filling and a cake stand to die for and a very nice personal touch of a lit candle in a cone for my wife to blow out.

We reserved afternoon tea as a treat while visiting Nottingham. It was a nice tea, but otherwise, I would have had a much better trip if there were more meals and consideration of the overall experience. Sandwiches had previously been made and were left as if they had been quite dry at the edges. Salmon, cheese tomato, and ham were the only things that went so uninteresting and simple. All but the Victoria sponge were store-made cakes and scones instead of being baked. The setting was pleasant, and the personnel was helpful. I could have had considerably better but also worse. Overall, average.

I and my brother booked this hotel as a last minute show we were both playing during check in. The staff was amazing and May, Rosie and Matt were great! We will definitely be back next time we play here

Definitely recommend this place. The location is close to the train station and the center. The staff was amazing, friendly, polite, efficient and helpful. The room was clean and clean with a great smell and it was very comfortable. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Will stay here again.

I have stayed here four times in the span of 8 months, and I would not stay anywhere else. I have had the shared bathroom double room and the double room with a en suite room, both of which were comfortable and had all I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff was exceptional, friendly, and extremely helpful, always making you feel welcome, and they were never troubled. Breakfast is lovely and offers a nice small selection of continental fare with hot dishes, which was nice. Great location, right next to the railway station, so it's great if you want to wait for the train even if it's only a few hours until it's even longer, there is a nice lounge area to wait in and they'll put your baggage aside if you want to go for an amazing. Reasonably priced, I'm surprised it doesn't get better grades. If you stay here, you won't be disappointed.
