Checked in after midnight, but no problem, and a friendly receptionist to greet us. Room was a bit grim with cobwebs and chipped paint, absolutely no soundproofing, everything could be heard from the room above. Although the bed was neatly made, the quilt cover was obviously not freshly laundered and there were black hairs on the sheet, which otherwise appeared clean. Too late to bother the nice young man on reception.

Stayed for a few nights as was visiting someone in area. Room was nice and clean absolutely perfect for what we needed. Staff super friendly and accommodating. Plenty of parking which coming with the stay was super helpful. would return.

I really enjoyed my stay - warm welcome, clean room, great shower, very comfortable. Didn’t have breakfast but dinner was excellent although the service was quite slow. Good value for money.

This place is full of vibe. Beer lovers will love it, rooms are just behind the pub. Staff is super friendly, rooms are cozy and clean. For that price this is the best hotel experience possible. Its also like a motel so if your’e driving it a good choice.

Great stay at the Bournbrook with my eleven year old son. The staff were brilliant and friendly throughout, and just couldn’t do enough for us. It’s such good value and ideal for our trip to Birmingham. We ate in the restaurant and both meals we had were good. It’s my third visit here and I’ll certainly be back when I next visit Birmingham
