Booked family room for 5 guests at a great price... can't grumble for what i paid, it was a place to rest for a night. The main bed was comfy, the other 2 beds were not so great but not awful. Clean bedding. Didn't have a remote for the TV but reception gave us one. Heating in the bathroom was on in scorching weather but reception sorted that too. The room had a bit of a funky smell and a bit of mould but nothing drastic Extremely annoying that I paid for breakfast for 5 people and got told they dont serve breakfast... when I asked for a refund I got told to go via hotels.com who I used to book and have been completely ignored by them. No refund for breakfast which I must partly blame the hotel for allowing it to be an option, despite not booking directly. Im sure they could have helped. Overall, its a place to rest, if its a good price its okay... if you want high end, this is not it. And dont pre pay for any food!!

Value for money stay. Older hotel the receptionist very helpful. 5 out of 5 That being said - our booking included breakfast and were told that the hotel did not do breakfast???

Stayed here a number of times as it’s affordable and well located for my needs. I was greeted by someone in my room, transpired that my room had changed and the staff were less than helpful, otherwise it was an acceptable stay. Adequate car parking, food available via UberEats. Room is acceptable, beds are quite comfortable. No issues.

Was a nice hotel but got to my room & there was no toilet rolls & no remote for the tv. Kindly went to front desk & they were very helpful of given me those products. However when I turned the tv on there was no tv as it was stuck on a few channels connected to bbc iPlayer.

The room we were assigned had not been cleaned since the previous guest, but we were promptly assigned a new room when we mentioned it to the staff. The room was adequate for a night's stay on our way to Gatwick (20 mins drive to drop off the rental was easy at 7am on a Saturday) but I wouldn't want to stay any longer. The bed appeared clean but was uncomfortable - it seemed to be missing a box spring. TV was adequate, with access to streaming services. There is plenty of parking at the hotel, but I wanted to stretch my legs after arrival, so chose to walk into Reigate for dinner. It was a 30 minute (downhill) walk into town to get something to eat. The Five Spice restaurant provided excellent Chinese food, and the Uber fare was well worth it to avoid walking back up the hill!

Plenty of parking. And good value for money. But, it is a tired hotel that could do with some TLC
