The staff was amazing very helpful, the location was walkable and easy to navigate. Many eateries in walking distance as well as the Metro. Our only issue was the walls were quite thin we could our neighbors.

Great stay at the Byron. Terrific location close to several train lines. Clean. Well maintained. Affordable. Air Conditioning was stellar during the Heat Wave. I have stayed at several other places that claim to have AC but were uncomfortable in summer.

Tive uma estadia perfeita nesse hotel pequeno e muito bem localizado. A equipe é super cordial, profissional e atenta. Ele fica em uma rua tranquila bem perto do Hyde Park e da estação Queensway. O ar-condicionado funcionou perfeitamente bem nos dias quentes de Londres.

They have great room a/c!! Excellent location for access to Kensington Park and surrounding area by foot. Many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful with directions and transportation. Breakfast was well stocked and many tables available. Carpets could use a cleaning but otherwise lounge, front desk and bedding were clean. It’s an old building so understandable.

The hotel is in an excellent location. It is close to shops, public transportation, parks, etc. My main priorities are always cleanliness and a good bed. Our room was clean and there was sufficient space for the three of us. The beds were comfortable as well. I would certainly recommend it to others!

My booking at another hotel fell through and I booked this hotel last minute. The gentleman on reception was so kind and helpful that I felt a sense of peace and he even upgraded me to a larger room which I didn’t really want or need (I just wanted a bed) but it turned out to be amazing. The hotel is very clean, the staff very helpful and friendly and there is an added bonus of being close to tube station and restaurants nearby. As a female traveller I think this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in in London for a sense of safety and peace. This will be my choice for future stays in London.

My stay at The Byron Hotel in London was one of the best parts of my trip. The hotel felt very personal and welcoming, with a friendly staff that always made me feel comfortable and at home. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful, perfect after busy days exploring the city. One of the things I loved most was the location. The hotel is just a short walk from Hyde Park and close to the beautiful Notting Hill area, which made morning walks and evening strolls unforgettable. The neighborhood felt safe, quiet, and charming, with lovely streets and classic London buildings everywhere. It was also incredibly convenient because there were many souvenir shops, cafés, restaurants, and subway stations nearby. Getting around London was easy with Bayswater and Queensway Underground stations only a few minutes away. I could quickly visit major attractions while still staying in a more relaxing area away from the crowds. The rooms were clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the overall experience had a warm boutique-hotel feeling instead of a large commercial hotel. I would absolutely stay there again for anyone wanting a peaceful London experience near Hyde Park and Notting Hill, while still being close to shopping and transportation.

Great place to stay in London! Close to two metro stations Red and Pink/Yellow line. Queensway street 2 blocks over has cute restaurants, bowling/ice skating, grocery stores, and just a cute vibe. The hotel was in a nice neighborhood and the staff held our bags for us while we explored the last day. Really appreciated our room being ready at check-in time (we had back luck at some other European hotels).

The Byron Hotel was very friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. Our room was as expected—small, but nice. The bed could have been more comfortable, but with the 100-degree days we had, it was wonderful to have air conditioning!

We were pleasantly pleased with the comfort of the beds and bedding in our room. The room was smaller than what we are used to, but it was still comfortable, clean, and cool. The hotel is in a great location, easy to walk to many restaurants, shops, and Hyde Park. There are also subway stations close by. The hotel was very quiet and we loved our stay in London so very much.

This is a very nice hotel in a great location. Half a block to Hyde Park and multiple tube stops. It’s on a quiet street but two blocks over had excellent shopping and food options. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room and common areas were very clean. They had both full English and continental breakfast available and both were plentiful and good.
