Just returned from a 5 night stay at The Clermont Victoria, and I cannot say enough great things about this beautiful hotel. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and the hotel rooms and common areas are comfortable and clean. It is in a perfect location for walking to various tourist destinations with quality restaurants and food options nearby (including hotel restaurants). We traveled around by underground quite a bit, and the station is conveniently connected to the hotel. We are planning a return trip to London in a couple of years and are looking forward to staying at The Clermont Victoria again.

Location, location, location. I love that the station is just right next door. So much easier to go anywhere as it is well connected.

Incredible old building kept to the highest standard, this was a special end to our Europe Trip this year and it certainly didn’t disappoint. Very well appointed room with great view and excellent bed and beddings. We slept very well after a couple days of long travel. Amazing location too for those wanting to check out the main sites around Buckingham Palace.

Very nice stay in London, close to several tourist spots, make sure you get a whippy ice cream at the park.

This is an exceptional hotel and destination. We loved being so close to the Buckingham Palace but also found the Tube stop right around the corner “Victoria” was equally great to get anywhere we wanted to go. Restaurants in the area and two located in the hotel were both very good. Service was helpful to get ideas and to move luggage. Only complaint was that the King bed was little firm. Enjoh

This was a 10/10 experience from start to finish. The location is really convenient, right above Victoria station. 10 mins walk to Buckingham palace. Bus stations all around to get us everywhere. When we got there, there were a bit of stairs in front of the entrance. There's an attendant there 24/7 to help you carry suitcases up and down those stairs, which was super appreciated. Check-in process was super easy. We got there a bit earlier than check-in time, and without us even asking, they offered to let us into our room early as it's available already. That made our entire day, as it was super nice to be able to freshen up in the room before heading out for the day! The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The hotel is super well maintained, beautiful lobby. Rooms are spacious enough for 2. Breakfasts were standard. Their room service is from their restaurant downstairs (The Soak), which was amazing food, we had to go down again the next night! Checkout was super quick and easy. I would definitely book again next time!

The air conditioning was ice cold which was welcome with the heatwave happening in the UK. The staff were attentive and friendly. Will definitely stay next time we are in London.

From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we checked out, everything was impeccable. The service is top notch and the hotel is beautiful. We felt well taken care of and it was a very special trip.
