Had a great stay here. The highlight is the owners and staff who are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It seemed really quiet despite being over a pub. I will definitely stay here again whenever I am in the area.

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely guesthouse. The owner was very friendly and was helpful in every way. The breakfast and evening food was delicious. Easy parking and set in a beautiful location. I cannot recommend this venue enough. Thank you

Room was clean and King Size bed was comfortable. Water pressure in sink was slow until I worked out how to increase it. Full English breakfast was huge and one of the best I have had in any B & B or hotel. Located in a quiet rural village and convenient for Rutland Water.

Great customer service. Offer of fresh milk in the room. Complimentary bottle of water in the room. Offered to stay late if I couldn’t get there before 10pm. Offered to carry case up to the room. Highly recommend.

Great few nights here. Ideal location for working in the area. Had food one night in bar and was really good, breakfast good each morning, staff all very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and spacious.

We had our 16month old black labrador puppy with us so we asked for a quiet spot to eat. They gave us the snug all to ourselves. The staff couldnt have done more for us and bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. The service was excellent, the food was superb. I couldnt recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff are an absolute credit to the business. Thank you.

A wonderful break,perfect for visiting surrounding area. Very dog friendly. Food was fantastic and very well priced.would definitely visit again.only down side ,Couldn't see out of very high window, and quite dark,but for 2 nights didn't mind
