This hotel never disapoints. We have been twice before, and we are always impressed by the indulgence of the hotel. The rooms are impecably designed, the food is delicious, the staff are friendly and courteous.

I did have to ask for WiFi code which I needed to plan my next bit of my trip. The member if staff on duty didn’t know where I could get a meal in a pub nearby. I did find the shower cubicle a bit tight but it was a small room. However I left a compact mirror begging and the staff say they will post it to me which I shall be very grateful for .

Atendimento perfeito! Os atendentes foram bem prestativos e pacientes ao se comunicarem comigo pelo o Google Tradutor já que não tenho tanta experiência com o inglês.

Staff were really helpful, room was fine for what I needed. Could have done with a better clean ( Numerous dead flies all over the window sill and hairs in the shower, the room had just been cleaned when I arrived). Fridge in the room and ceiling fan were great to have in 30 degree weather. Breakfast was £10 that I paid on arrival Although I got offered a menu with prices on so im not sure why I got charged £10 before as there were cheaper items i could have got. All in all, great for a quick getaway for a gig, would advise to get an uber back to hotel after though as a single person it was a bit scary walking back from St James street Station

This is a cheap and cheerful hotel that was in a handy location for our stay. While the staff were friendly, I had to ask for very basic stuff like towels and drinking water as none were available in the room. Bed was comfortable and the shower room was clean and worked well.

Parking was secure. Greeted well by reception. Room was very tired and grubby looking. Kettle turned off when it wanted. Phone charging point didnt work. Window nets were grotty and dust under the bed. Bathroom sink pipes exposed and radiator very rusty and toilet seat very worn. Considering this, it was too dear.
