Central to a wonderful old town and an easy walk to everywhere. The rooms are a little small but the old building has charm, the breakfast was good and service was excellent.

Impeccable stay. My 20 year civil partnership celebration. We had a private room for the event, a few guests rooms booked. Staff efficient, attentive and so charming. Meal was amazing. Room 101 a divine room. The hotel is so charming in it's history period I defiantly recommend a stay here and explore the fascinating old high street and artisanal business.

A great short break in a lovely little town. Ideal location to travel the area and great local pubs, most serving food. Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful, a perfect stay

We had a lovely stay here, the staff are friendly & helpful. Our room was spacious & clean, we had a nice big bed & decent amenities, the floor was creaky but that’s to be expected for an old building. Parking was easy and free right behind the building. Lots of nice shops & restaurants all in walking distance. We would happily stay here again and are already planning our next stay in Amersham.

Really lovely hotel! Highly recommend- we stayed here as there were train strikes so made it difficult for us to get to London. Amersham is a gorgeous little village- reminded me of the film ‘The Holiday’ but also only an hour (if that) on the tube into central London. Gorgeous rooms- we stayed in the deluxe suite- super comfy bed and pillows- modern/ country feel to it so although modern still had an authentic feel. The shower was amazing- so powerful! Extremely clean and pristine. The breakfast at the hotel also really good- lots of choice and have a hot food to order as well so you can get a full English or avocado &eggs- really good quality food. Staff really helpful and always around if you need anything. Couldn’t fault anything at all. Overall great value for money! Highly recommend.

Lovely staff, really accommodating. Went out of their way to help. Breakfast was good. Beautiful building. There wasn't much tea and coffee in the room but they would definitely have given us more if we'd asked. So thank to all the staff for a great stay
