Due to the current problems in COVID 19, the hotel was unable to offer evening restaurant service. The bill, who appears to be everywhere in the property, running everything, called before we arrived to tell us and offer his assistance in making reservations for tables in nearby pubs, inns, and other venues to check on us. He did it both nights and we were extremely pleased with this arrangement. The hotel was excellent, warm, and welcoming, and the bar is a fantastic spot to unwind in the evenings.

The employees were so friendly and accommodating, especially the restaurant and dining room. Also, the scenery was so beautiful. After that, the bed here was so comfy. Subsequently, they have a restaurant with all kinds of egg royal foods. Subsequently, the architecture is so striking and has a beautiful and serene atmosphere.

What a fantastic location. The entire structure is a lost gem, starting with the common room, where you are greeted by a roaring fireplace. The room was really nice and cozy, very clean, fully heated, and very quiet. Excellent breakfast with a selection of freshly prepared eggs. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from Shilton train station, so it is also possible to catch the train from London. Ability was very friendly and helpful and made our stay even nicer if possible.

When we got into the filthy parking lot, we were horrified when we discovered the dirty parking area, the wall had collapsed, and the untarmac-covered car was not telling us that on arrival, they could not provide us with an evening meal and could place us in the local pub. We had reserved a luxurious double and twin-bedded room through application, but upon arrival, we were led to a double room that was useless and not great anyway. Two other lovely rooms were offered to us after some discussion. Because of a broken teacup and an undercooked egg, my companion left this place for breakfast. Albano, who appears to be running the motel almost entirely, was the most sorry, and the breakfast the following morning was excellent. I needed a relaxing, stress-free couple of days, but I could not do it here at 170 per night.
