Staff are very friendly, the room was clean and perfect place to set up base in Great Yarmouth. Had a deluxe room with king size bed which was extremely comfortable, bath had jets in it so was lovely to come back and relax in that, (bathroom was huge, could do with a freshen up and leaky pipe behind toilet that had a towel over it need sorting) Overall had a lovely stay here and would stay again

The property was adequate for the needs of my trip. I booked a family room, and it appears that all family rooms are on the 3rd floor, but there was no lift which is very awkward for people with small children, lots of luggage and the elderly.

Was very disappointed about this hotel, the pictures was nothing like the hotel itself Needs updating, the rooms was really basic the tv in the room was no bigger than a computer monitor and the shower was terrible I will not be booking here again

First of all the Hotel was closed. And to top it off you got moved to a different Hotel. Worst room even. On the third floor no lift , dirty carpets. The room was big enough for a midget to stand up in , never mind when you over 6 ft. Never again

My experiance at the dolphin was non existing as when i arrived to the hotel.there was a notice in the window saying that the hotel was closed and to go to the carlton hotel..im not very happy as i paid £49 a night but was in a hotrl that was £29 a nightso i spent £20 more a night extra for a cheaper hotel i will not be doing that again and i will not be booking with them or you again unless you rectify the situation

this was a terrible experience. arrived to a boarded up hotel, with a small note attached to door saying they have reserved rooms round the corner at Carlton hotel. No warning at all well this was a awful hotel so tatty and dirty. no ammenties. lots of staff but no help what so ever came home early NEVER AGAIN. so be warned save your money G Field

I need my refund the Let me know one day before That my room is not available and I have to cancel the booking. I have not cancel the booking because I don’t know how to do it but first of all why they cancelled me and said to me that I’m not be able to go there, the booking was almost 2 weeks and they let me know one day before that we arrived in great Yarmouth terrible.

Booked this hotel turned up to a note on the front door saying there is no accommodation not being prior told or anything till turning up calls the number to find out being put into another hotel goes there and the can’t accommodate the way i booked the room it was dirty wouldn’t say why we couldn’t stay at the original hotel overall not happy

We checked in but decided not to stay and booked alternative accommodation instead. The room itself was tidy; however, the overall property was very different from how it appeared in the listing photographs. The atmosphere and communal areas did not reflect what we expected based on the description and images provided. The advertised restaurant was not operating, the TV in our room had no signal, the Wi-Fi was not working, and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor outside the room. As I was travelling with my son, who has additional needs, I did not feel comfortable remaining at the property and chose to leave shortly after arrival. I appreciate that others may have a different experience, but I personally felt the accommodation was not accurately represented by the listing and would not have booked had I known its true condition.

Radiator not working so room was cold, tap on bath rattling and water spurting out took ages to fill bath. Shared room with a dozen ladybirds..canteen downstairs never open. Unlocked and unsafe left luggage hall.i came fownstairs a few times about radiator in the night and noonf on reception rang number on desk but it wasnt regonised. Reception not manned at all times.. the room was big and lovely and location good.
