Great welcome from the blonde lady on reception. Breakfast was excellent delivered by friendly staff. Our room was clean and fresh towels daily. Nothing was too much trouble by team Falcon. Parking was easy and safe. Thank you for a lovely stay at your hotel.

This was our second stay here after being so impressed the first time; just as we were again! The staff are fabulous. All the time! They are friendly, engaging, informative and nothing is too much trouble. The venue is perfectly positioned with a good car park and easy access to walk into Bridgnorth which is a stunning place. Our room (there were 3 adult women) has a bed each, (essential at our age!) plenty of seating, beautiful bedding and fluffy white towels. There was tea, coffee, hot chocolate and spring water for each of us plus a generous supply of biscuits. The venue is clearly very old and the room has obviously been reconfigured over the years so are beams and small steps/slopes in the room. For us this just adds to the charm, but it is not a modern, slick room. It DOES have everything you need for a comfy night sleep. The bathroom is HUGE and very out of proportion but it has a roomy shower that we had no issues with temperature/water pressure. The entire room and bathroom was spotlessly clean, which is paramount in my opinion. I've stayed in fancy, modern venues that are not as thoroughly cleaned as The Falcon clearly is! I would recommend, we have been twice and as such I can post this review based on consistency also. We will be back soon.

I want to say thank you to Louisa and her team at the Falcon for making us so welcome. I feel we found a Gem in both the accommodation and the staff at the Falcon. I stayed in the Stables which is a small apartment and certainly worth the extra money. (treat yourself its very spacious) We had an excellent breakfast I had perfect poached eggs and my colleague had very fluffy pancakes which they gave him a double portion. Cant wait to return :)

Lovely old hotel, recently renovated. Lobby area, bar & restaurant were excellent. Room was a little small, but otherwise really nice. Location is very good. Parking for motorbikes felt secure. Would definitely stay again.
