We really enjoyed our stay. we had room just off the bar with terrace. did not find the bar to be noisy at all. staff were very friendly and attentive. did not buy the breakfast as it was expensive and there were so many other options within walking distance.

The service was amazing! The front desk was very helpful in getting taxis and helping us get our luggage to our rooms. Alexander was wonderful showing us around the rooftop garden and recommending The Lookout restaurant at the top of Carlton Hill. Highlight of our trip.

The winding halls flow wonderfully, lit with a perfect effortlessness which makes even walking to your room feel like a holiday in itself. The rooms were flawless. My only complaint was that I only stayed there for a single night. Since going home, I have been actively looking for any excuse I can to return to Edinburgh so I can claim another night or two in this marvellous hotel. In terms of location, the Glasshouse, Autograph Collection remains unmatched in the city of Edinburgh. Everything you could possibly need from dinner and drinks to entertainment and travel links are right on your doorstep. From the second we stepped foot inside the hotel we were made to feel not only welcomed, but genuinely at home. The level of care and dedication the staff showed us was beyond compare.
