The hotel was very good, clean. The evening meal in their restaurant was excellent. The service was very good, felt well looked after. The breakfast was also excellent, food was very good. We will be back to stay again

Great experience from start to finish. Check in was smooth and simple. restaurant food was simply divine and reasonably priced. menu choices were amazing. staff are very pleasant and friendly especially Katie who was very helpful and friendly during dinner.

I was extremely happy with my stay at The Granary. Staff were very friendly & helpful, the room was excellent, spotlessly clean, well-provided with facilities e.g. for tea/coffee-making & with a very pleasant view. Breakfast was very good. No problems whatsoever with parking.

What a great little hotel, arrived and met by friendly polite and professional staff. Booked in and went to my room in the annex which I found to be very comfortable, clean and quiet (for once in a hotel) Great facilities, room spotless and well furnished, bathroom fabulous. Had a great stay in this well positioned hotel which was capped off by an unbelievable breakfast served by great staff. Thank you to all at The Granary, will definitely be staying here again when I am in the area

Stayed here for a night to celebrate a our first anniversary after getting married here last year. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. We stopped in same room as on our wedding night and staff remembered us from the day. Would highly recommend.

Staff were all really good and helpful but the service was slow in the restaurant. Breakfast needs a lot to be desired. Carvery was over cooked. Nice location and peaceful. Needs some TLC.

It was a lovely hotel and very comfortable the food was excellent. The only quibble I have is that the bedrooms are in a separate building from the restaurant and reception area. So if you want to eat and it's pouring with rain expect to get wet. Other than that perfect.

Everything was excellent. Service, staff, bar all good. Bed and pillows however were way too hard. Not a great nights sleep. Couldn’t fault anything else though.

Room was very pleasant, modern & clean. Staff friendly, if a bit thin on the ground at times. Bar/restaurant very pleasant. Menu disappointing with limited choice and too few hot dishes, and a bit pricey, as were the drinks.
