We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The rooms were well appointed. The beds were comfortable with good pillows and duvets. The a/c worked well. Had a mini fridge and microwave as well. I could stream to the television too. The best part was how quiet the room was. We had a room facing the street and only steps from Trafalgar Square and we couldn't hear anything from outside. Slept really well for a change on vacation in a new (to us) hotel. The key system and access to the elevators, etc, made us feel safe too. Would definitely recommend to others.

Jack was fast and easy, with three different areas for check-in. The restaurant and bar in the lobby as high-quality food and reasonable prices. Hotel is in walking distance to transportation, Westminster Hall, new Scotland Yard, and most central London sites.

The room was clean and comfortable and we were centrally located to major attractions. The front desk manager Kahlia (spelling) ? was very helpful and customer service friendly. He held our luggage until our room was open and escorted us to a waiting room for coffee or water. We appreciated all the staff and thank everyone for their kindness and hospitality. As an extra we were able to wash/ dry our clothes for free as that was also a benefit of staying at the hotel.

We stayed for 4 nights and absolutely loved the location, it was perfect for exploring the area. The staff was welcoming, and always very helpful throughout our stay. One of our favorite parts of the hotel was the cozy Library/Coffee lounge area, which was such a relaxing place to unwind, along with the excellent pizza restaurant attached to the property. Everything was exactly as expected, which is especially reassuring when traveling internationally. We would definitely stay here again!

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. The biggest reason I choose this hotel was its location. It's really close to two Underground stations, and close to a lot of sites of interest. Some of the sites (Parlement, Westminster Abbey, and Trafalgar Square) are a short walk away. If I am in London again, I will definitely stay there.

Fantastic location in central Westminster for seeing London's sites. It is a half-block walk to Trafalgar Sq. Charing Cross Station is just 3 minutes walk, and you'll find nice pubs nearby. The front desk staff (especially Nalin) was very helpful and arranged luggage storage and earlier than expected check-in since our four person group arrived before noon. The hotel has a breakfast restaurant but it is overly expensive. Walk several doors down the street and you will find similar for half the cost. The ground floor pub/bar was relaxing with a pleasant staff. Like most hotels in Europe room amenities are limited and the rooms are less spacious. Get used to it. Our group had access to a very nice and spacious guest lounge on the ground floor that offered coffee and tea, plus a nice place for our group to gather and relax. One downside...the two lifts are small, so on mulitiple occasions, the lift arrived at our floor already stuffed with people which required waitihg for the next trip... or the next after that.

The room was clean and well made up when we arrived.However, on some occasions, housekeeping missed washing cups or wiping down surfaces. The location is absolutely fantastic if you wanna walk everywhere, we really enjoyed it. I can say our room was very quiet despite the hotel being on a very busy street. We were very close to Trafalgar.Square. it was great to be able to send out clothes for cleaning, but expensive. It was also great that there was a complimentary washer and dryer that automatically added soap. however, there was only one of each unit and the capacities were small and there was sometimes a wait to use the machines. The food in the restaurant downstairs was good. Although a little expensive and across the street was a great little pub, called the Sherlock, which was great to go for lunch or dinner or just a couple drinks. We didn't spend much time in our hotel room except to sleep, but found that the TV service was lacking options. And even the streaming required streaming from a phone and connection was not always reliable. I would definitely stay there again despite any issues I encountered.
