The room was ready when we got there around 11:30, before the noon check in time (also a great perk since most hotels don't allow check in until 3 or later). Parking is on the road but there was plenty and the road felt very safe/quiet. The staff were very helpful and I don't realise breakfast was included in our stay which was another nice perk. Especially for the total price. You can get into central London in 30 mins on the tube so for the price of the room compared to anything closer in, it's well worth it. The bathroom is a bit tired decor wise but not horrendous or anything, our shower just didn't drain all the well and the showerhead could do with a replacement but other than that it was fine. Comfy enough bed with great pillows. Can't complain at all and will definitely use the hotel again when we need to be in London.

From start to visit this stay was fantastic. Staff couldn’t do any more to make sure we had a good stay, and was evening friendly with my daughter keeping entertained letting her help print cards ect. Already rebooked for the next time we are in London.

The greeting was amazing at the Hadley, bright airy bedroom , good lighting and big modern tv and the bathroom was very smart, the star of the show was the breakfast full English perfect in every way Well done that man. The bit that let you down is the cleaners cobwebs on three walls, dirty bedding and carpet as well as the base of the shower, obviously we had the bedding sorted but the following morning in come the whirlwind cleaners, change the bottle of water by the kettle, change the towels and gone not a hoover or duster in sight.

Staff friendly and welcoming. I have staued and had 3 different rooms which were all clean and good quality. Food is good only slight issue for evening meals is they are served on wooden platters which for some meals is not easy to eat from. Gravy mash and veg needs a plate. But great stay again

Would highly recommend this hotel. Couldn’t do enough for us. Room was amazing, staff were friendly and so accommodating. Huge credits to the staff, up there with the best staff we have seen. Will definitely be back
