Stayed here while in London watching Tyson Fury fight. We arrived right away and left. The staff is very talented, especially the guy who checked us in. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable in our room and had everything we needed. The location is close to the train station and a great location to park on site. We will surely stay here again. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I booked this last minute to travel to see our son on our flight. The welcome at arrival was first class and a really pleasant surprise as the room was great for the amazing price we paid. Well done, Keith Hayley hall room 19.

Having remained here twice in recent years is fine. Wifi works, and it works well, with a nice shower and clean, comfy beds. There is free parking in the back of our room 21, and we had to cover ourselves when changing because it only had one curtain. In the end, we had to hang a towel instead of taking complete privacy. After a friend's birthday celebration, we spent one night here and used it as a crash pad. The receptionist helpfully arranged for us to get to the party and arranged a decent breakfast the following morning. Would I return? Yeah, right? I'd definitely return. I've been in hotels that were much more expensive, but I received only half the treatment. This place is good value and I wouldn't have a problem recommending it. With lots of cash machines across the street.

I thoroughly recommend this hotel, the room was fine, the bedding was clean, and there was nothing to complain about. The trip to the Tube station is 10 minutes away, the receptionists, Gregory and Kobe are also very nice, the hotel is reasonably priced, and there is a parking lot at the rear. This is not a luxury hotel, it is still reasonable and affordable.

Excellent service from the manager and the staff. Small but comfortable room. Very clean bathroom and bedroom. As it's fully booked, this is a good sign.
