Stayed for a night as part of our mini break. Comfortable stay, nice big room, decent wifi. Staff is friendly . Decent bar food but could do with a few more options for Vegetarians. Few points to note 1. If staying on Sunday night, the pub stops serving food by 6.00 p.m 2. Would avoid the rooms near to the road if you are a light sleeper(it's an old building and sound glazing is not modern)

Extrordinarily cosy place in the countryside, excellent breakfast, Nice building with good pub and bar, traditional English style. More than affordable b&b price for family with two teenagers.

Having just returned from five wonderful days at the Horseshoe Inn, I can thoroughly recommend this beautiful place. Mariya and Gareth along with their wonderful team of staff make you so very welcome and the food is absolutely amazing. Really looking forward to returning in the very near future.

very good - Food, beers, rooms, Pub and there is no time for more lengthy Prosa descriptions in this chapter. Also this is alsways highly individual. We give good rating and liked the stay - that must be sufficient.

Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast. Would have liked a hairdryer in the room. Other than that all good

Traditional Inn with welcoming staff. We were lucky to get an upgraded room as hotel was quiet at time of visit. Food was almost excellent. The "almost" was because they ran short of some items - a flavoured ice cream needed for a house speciality desert;hash browns for various breakfast meals and no alternative offered. Such omissions are disappointing particularly as the menus, especially breakfast, were very different and unique. However, this would only reduce an excellent marking to very good!
