Absolutely beautiful stay at the imperial dragon hotel. Staff went above & beyond to help as my husband is disabled. Room was lovely. Food in lokkis was out of this world. We had dinner & afternoon tea there , both times were divine. Highly recommend the cocktails. Breakfast was amazing too , great selection. We cant wait to come back for new year.

Sue on reception was fab, she took us to our room, showed us around the hotel and was very friendly. The hotel room was spacious and bed was comfy, and breakfast service was first class. Would highly recommend

Stayed here a few times now and always find it an excellent hotel.Staff are always friendly, helpful and courteous. Also take two dogs with us and they are always treated well also.

Beautiful hotel, Staff were so welcoming , the room considering it was a dog friendly room was absolutely spotless and smelt so clean.. the atmosphere and vibe of the place is so relaxing .. I love the decor and the fact they were dog friendly and made a fuss over our boy Prince! 🐾 Breakfast was cooked to perfection 👌 We would definitely return!

Excellent service and communication, we took our two border terriers and they were made to feel most welcome. Our room was dog friendly and was lovely, I imagine the non doggy rooms to be amazing. Electric car charging onsite, Awesome food in Lokkie restaurant next door would highly recommend.

The Luxury China room was a wonderful and unique experience. A special wedding anniversary treat. Staff where lovely and helpful. Lokkys restaurant's pan Asian cuisine was exceptionally good. Lovely grounds and ample parking.

Outstanding service and lodging. We had three adult couples stay here this month and were all very satisfied. Charlotte at the front desk couldnt have done enough for us and was really kind. They were all extremely friendly and accommodating to us, making our stay wonderful. We stayed in family-friendly, dog-friendly rooms, which were extremely tidy and tastefully designed. Breakfast was delicious and delicious. Anything we asked for was delivered when we asked before even asking. Its easy to see that it has all been meticulously renovated, and the lounge is a fantastic location for an instar photo opportunity. Im very satisfied with everything!.

Over the last few months, we have visited this fantastic motel several times. The personnel is exceptional, always kind and helpful. The accommodation is immaculate and well-kept. There are a variety of breakfast options that may be served in the breakfast room or delivered at no additional cost to your room with time slots pre-booked the previous day. Although the hotel is dog friendly and has several rooms where dogs are allowed, it is vital to notify them beforehand if you wish to bring your dog, which costs a modest fee. We discovered the grassed outdoor area to be perfect for taking our dog to the toilet, and a well-placed bin makes cleaning simple. The copper hall and harbor are both a brief 10-minute walk from the hotel, and Saundersfoot is close by. Blue badge holders must pay, but they are given a free extra hour. Pay in cash or by card are accepted at the garages. The Looks restaurant is superb, but when it was open, we had many meals there. The Dragon Palace, which is an alternative to Looks, is just a short stroll away. In our hotel, wifi was excellent. There is a large car park and one disabled bay by the door.

From Derbyshire, my partner and I traveled to South Wales to visit my parents and stepmother who recently retired. We searched for a friendly hotel that would accommodate our requirements. The footbridge Inn Hotel ticked all the boxes, and it certainly didn't disappoint. Not only was the hotel outstanding on all levels, in terms of cleanliness to the highest standard, but also the food was excellent, and the service was firstrate. The staff did a fantastic job for us. This hotel and the surrounding restaurant have a family feel while performing their duties to the highest professional standards. I would highly recommend a short or long stay here, taking all of the above into account and the proximity to all of the local nice spots, all of which are quite easily accessible.
