Despite some negative comments my night went beyond my expectations. The rooms are clean and shower with plenty of hot water. While it would be nicer if the breakfast can start earlier at 7am, the selections are plenty for a continental breakfast and it's included in the stay. Great bargain for what you paid, especially in London where some budget chains without en-suite showers may charge you that much or more

The room was very basis but perfect for an overnight stay. The pub below was beautiful and the staff incredibly friendly and happy to help out if necessary. Will definitely stay again when I'm in London.

Great welcome from the staff and the property is very nice. Was very happy with the room. Location is very good, close to shopping centre. No issues from noise at the pub. I was lucky to get one of their parking spaces too which was safe and secure. Room had everything needed, very comfy bed.

Proper pub-style accommodation. Very affordable and a perfect location if you just need to spend a night near Heathrow but still want to be able to walk to a couple places to eat. Ealing isn't the most happening suburb but I found it perfectly pleasant to while away a few hours in.

Fantastic place. Pleasant welcome. Lovely little room. Great value. And could not believe how quiet it was. Would not have thought I was in London. Would recommend this place to anyone and o would definitely stay here again.

Tolles Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Dank toller Anbindung (5 min zur Underground) in nur 30 min in der City. Frühstück war nicht typisch britisch (gottseidank). Toast, Wurst, Käse, verschiedene Marmeladen, Nutella, Honig, Müsli, frische Früchte, Saft. Nettes Pub gleich dabei.

What a great place. I wanted to get out of the city to experience what small town local life was like and it was perfect. The staff was wonderful. The room was very comfortable. It's about 12km to Windsor Palace. There's an old pub called The North Star a few blocks away that's definitely worth visiting.

Kings Arms was a very good choice for a one stay in this area. Easy, level walk from Ealing Broadway. Initial welcome was slightly off putting, lining up with customers in the pub, but once we were identified there was an excellent welcome. After being led up stairs to second floor found the room and bathroom were compact (polite term) but very clean, well equipped, and the bed was comfortable. We chose to eat in the pub, definitely the right decision: very good food and generous portions. In the morning we were surprised how good the continental breakfast was, with choice of cereals, fruit and more. We chose not to take the cooked option. Overall very good stay in very good location. For a single night a great choice. Only small size of room would cause to consider whether to use for longer stay.

This is a really cute place, excellent value for money- it's not the ritz at £70 a night but staff were really friendly and accommodating, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was lovely. Would avoid trying to get an early night on a Friday as the pub underneath can get a bit noisy, but would definitely recommend this place for someone looking for low-cost but pleasant accommodation. (Also note that this does not look like a hotel from the outside but you can check in at the bar.)

I would suggest this place to anyone thinking of going somewhere. We had a small group staying over in London and based ourselves at the kings Arms. The staff couldn't do enough to assist us and were extremely hospitable at all times. The food and beer were great and I would recommend it.

The atmosphere was calm, with simple but clean and comfortable rooms, great food, great entertainment and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a great place to stay if you visit London, short walk or tube to the centre of London.

Overall, a good evening. This is a review of the pub only, not the hotel. We arrived without reservation in the hope of being able to have a few beers and an evening meal without realizing that this was a friday leading up to Christmas, all tables were filled, albeit a little later in the evening. The landlady quickly arranged space for us, great service and customer care. The beer spa was perfect. One of the meals was very good, but the second was not so. The beef and shilton pie on the day's menu was excellent tender meat under light puff pastry. The shilton beef burger was disappointing and quite tasty, but just a little better than a big mac.

The structure is rather ancient and in need of renovation. The windows in the room were the original sash type which rattled at night. Furniture and fixtures were rather worn. A couple of practical considerations The sink was very small and it was difficult to even brush your teeth and get your head over the sink at the same time! There is a small hairdryer available, but there is nowhere to plug it in where you can actually see yourself in a mirror! I would say it is not very good value for 100 nights I paid or indeed 160 nights another hotel resident seems to have paid. On the plus side, the room was nicely warm, the night bed was very cold, and the evening bar staff were friendly and helpful.

The structure is quite old and needs to be modernized. The original sash window in the room rattled at night. The furnishings and furnishings were quite worn. A few practical points The sink was extremely small and it was challenging to even brush your teeth and get your head over the sink at the same time! A small hairdryer is provided, but there is nowhere to plug it in to see you in a mirror! I would say not good value at 100 per night I paid or indeed 160 per night another hotel resident apparently paid. On the plus side, the room was nicely warm, it was a very cold night bed reasonably comfortable, and the evening bar staff were friendly and helpful.
