I stay here for 3 nights and was very happy with the first-rate interior of the room, food, service and facilities. The server named Frederick is so friendly and welcoming. He remembers our order when we drop by the lounge for drinks. He is an addition to the team.

Located at the best location in London. Fantastic service and staff. The price and breakfast were good and inexpensive. You can also buy a Starbucks across the street if you prefer that.

The service at Gangnam was excellent, the facilities are also beautiful, and the staff is very nice. Luckily the flight cancelation helped us stay in our room.

We stayed at the Gangnam in London for 3 nights. The hotel is conveniently located right on the end of Regent Street, next to bbd headquarters. Step out of the hotel and you are on Regent Street. The location made us move around any time of the day. Checking process was fast, room is small but well furnished and breakfast is good. Overall we had a great stay at the Gangnam in London. They gave us a vip card for our visit to Leicester Village which made the visit more comfortable and we could access the lounge at Leicester Village and receive discounts.

Great room, very caring and helpful staff, and good food. The door staff was cheerful and nice, it really set the tone for the stay. My wife is pregnant, so the restaurant staff was very careful about her restrictions and were really helpful.
