With my granddaughter, I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was fantastic. Even brought us a complimentary costa coffee in our room. The entertainment in the bar was fantastic, and of course, the complimentary drink was an added advantage. I want to express my gratitude to the receptionist, Jack, for her help and advice. If we return to London, we will absolutely recommend this hotel and will definitely use it. Buses that travel from the hotel into Belfast city center run for 4 o'clock for a day.

The food at this hotel was very good, especially for the kid who dressed up as Easter Bunny and kept making the tables laugh throughout our meal.

Recently, I stayed in this magnificent hotel for three days. Excellent service was provided by the bar workers as well as the management. It's an extremely professional and efficient business that has a reputation for outstanding customer service, including limo services. Despite having live entertainment at weekends, the room rates are very reasonable, and the music is suitable for all tastes. Also, the bars program will put a smile on your face, and youll eventually yelling to yourself as you observe personnel doing the same. There are far too many employees for me, but I'd like to thank Jeanette for a memorable experience, but she made my stay extraordinary. I also want to commend the people who drink in the bar for the finest cuisine ever.

I stayed here for one night and the hotel staff was amazing, especially the reception staff. The room was clean and the breakfast was great.
