We went there for afternoon tea. The hotel interior is very pretty, very english victorian style, perfect for taking pictures. The experience was amazing. Delicious food. On the stand there were sandwiches with cucumber, salmon, eggs, etc. Warm scones with clotted cream and raspberry jam, carrot cake, choco cake, and various flavours of mini tart. They rifilled tea or coffee whenever you wanted. The tea room was very clean, as was the toilet. The service was also spotless. A few staff members came twice to make sure everything was fine and if we were enjoying. Highly recommend it. I bought the vowcher on groupon and it was definitely worth it. Great balance between quality and price.

I would strongly recommend it for an afternoon treat. I reserved a groupon afternoon royal tea for only ps 32 for two people. Marble arch underground is only a short stroll from the hotel. We were led to a peaceful tea room with paintings, a small bar area, and warmly decorated in victorian style. The large round tables are all set apart for plenty of privacy. Even a fresh rose was on every table! Each sandwich was provided, along with four large, fruity, and warm scones. A small dish of fresh strawberries was included in our champagne glasses, not prosecco. The cakes were so small that i was a little let down. However, there were 10 options, and the size of the scones made up for it. The pistachio cake, though small, was particularly delicious.

I stayed here a few weeks ago. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Perfect location for shopping as its just off oxford street and within walking distance of paddington station. Will be back in the future.

What is there for a gathering of work colleagues for afternoon tea? The hotel is lovely. It has a quirky mini country english mansion. Feel the staff. Lovely off. The main road from oxford street. Id never know. Its in the west end of london. Its a really nice hidden gem. Definitely worth looking for it.

The hotel is in a great location near marble arch and oxford street. The full english breakfast was really good, despite leaving off a few items. The staff were helpful, but everyone seemed relatively new to the hospitality industry and somewhat confused and amateurish. I stayed at this hotel about 16 -20 years ago and it was very well appointed as befitting for a 4 star hotel. Unfortunately, it has been left to degrade quite significantly. The rooms are in dire need of renovation, as are the lobby, dining area, and all public areas. The new carpets and decor of the reupholstered sofa will still maintain the Georgian feel. Everything is tired and worn out probably not touched since i stayed here 20 years ago. The same comments have been made for a few years, but it seems the owners have done nothing to upgrade the property. Our room was on the 5th floor and really small, with wear and tear on the wall paper and other areas. The bathroom is old. The hotel has a nice bar area, but no one knew how to make the simplest cocktail and the bar stock consisted of jack Daniels, cheap vodka, cheap gin and a third rate brandy. Its a shame because this could be turned into a very nice lounge to have drinks before heading out to the theater or dining room. I would not rate this a 4 star hotel more like a low 3 star hotel but it charges 5 star prices. I wont be back.

It was a memorable experience, and hussain is a truly kind person. He is incredibly helpful and friendly. He is always willing to assist you with any needs or requests. We reserved rooms on the last floor, and he comes to help us carry our luggage from the rooms to the car door. Additionally, there is a chinese girl in the dining room who i thought was more than just good. She is kind and welcoming. In short, she is organized and orderly. The leonard hotel is fortunate to have someone like them. I hope to see you again.

If you can find a good price, i would suggest the hotel. Excellent hotel with a great location and tidy rooms. Edgware road is less than five minutes away and oxford is about a minute away. The price, which is so expensive, is the thing that bothers me in my opinion.

The most important reason to stay at the Leonard Hotel is undoubtedly the location.. It is only five minutes away from marble arch station and Hyde Park, which is why we were there. In a great location for performing at Hyde Park or other London tourist attractions, beautiful restaurants close by, nice cafes, and traditional eateries. We had breakfast at the married, but the hotel provided breakfast and room service 24 hours a day. The personnel was really friendly and welcoming. The rooms were extremely old and in dire need of renovation. Ie decoration, new furniture, carpets, and the like. Having said that it was very clean and had all the amenities you could want, there were no complaints, and it didn't put us off. We had a good time and would return, but it just requires some serious money spent on it and some tac, but don't let it put you off because I said it's very clean and has great staff.

The hotel exudes elegance the moment you enter. Beautiful oldstyle english red carpets everywhere, and decor pieces dating from the 18th century. The hotel is very well maintained. Our room had vaulted ceilings, which made it feel much larger. We also enjoyed tea time, which was a pleasure. The location was great near hyde park. Will definitely be back!.

I purchased afternoon tea for two through groupon and my wife and i had an amazing experience. From the moment we entered the hotel, the doorman was very polite and asked us if we needed any help. Once i explained that we were an hour early for our afternoon tea booking, she sat us down in the lounge and immediately told us that it wouldnt be a problem. The waiting area / reception was very comfortable and homely, it didnt feel like a hotel. The fireplace greatly enhances the atmosphere and decor. The surroundings gave off a very British heritage vibe which was comforting. We were soon seated at our table which was very well set, as one would expect from a 4 star hotel. Mo explained and served us very well, and his hospitality skills were beyond words. The sandwiches were very good, the tea was delicious, and the cakes / pastries were very good. My wife and i enjoyed ourselves very much and planned to come back very soon. Leonard hotel keep up the hard work, congratulations to all the staff here and the management.
