The check in was easy, the room was immaculate, the mini fridge was stocked with bottled water, cookies and fresh milk which was very much appreciated, the curtains were black out which was lovely, we were on the 5th floor and even with the windows open all night (as sadly it wasn't air conditioned) you couldn't hear any noise which was great! Susan on reception went above and beyond, she was super helpful and really lovely to us and our children :-) sadly our room didn't include breakfast and when we asked it was £15pp which seemed very expensive so unfortunately I can't review the breakfast. The hotel was quite expensive but with the extra touches like a mini fridge with water, cookies and fresh milk, a nespresso machine in the room, large flatscreen tv and complimentary car parking that definitely helped make it more special. I do think the breakfast price needs reviewing, I honestly thought with the price that we had paid, breakfast would be included! We walked 0.3miles and ordered a Full English breakfast with refillable tea/coffee and only paid £8.50pp! Almost half the price and it was delicious. But honestly, other than that it was a lovely hotel, very clean and with such lovely staff, thanks again Susan you really are a lovely lady xx

I was pleased as it was our anniversary trip which i hadnt mentionned but when i did we also got free drink vouchers. The staff were super nice, the hotel fab. The breakfast amazing and with the bonus of free parking! Highly recommend.

The staff were very friendly and helpful ( even caring about the fish ) we were given a free upgrade which was very much appreciated it’s not often you get things like that happen. The stay itself was very good the bed was very comfy and spacious and it is located right next to the train station for convenience as we stayed for a gig at anfield. Overall very very good stay :)

Easy access to all areas of Liverpool secure parking next door included in price. Next to Lime Street Railway Station so short walk. Polite and helpful staff, nice restuarant within building and bar for a nightcap. Rooms spacious and clean. Lifts to floors so no stairs unless you want to use them. Next to Liverpool Empire but quiet in room despite all the traffic and trains coming in. I have been here a couple of times and enjoyed each stay. Reasonably priced for a city centre. Short walk to shopping centre and 15 - 20 mins to high street shops and Albert Dock.

We parked in hotel Carpark and went to hotel to advise if this. Room wasn’t booked until 3pm but they gave us the room earlier. Nothing was any hassle.

This was our second stay at the Liner. Our room was lovely, clean, with a mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities. The staff at reception, the bar, house keeping and at breakfast were always friendly and helpful. We were with you during the very hot weather, so our room was sometimes unpleasantly warm, there was no aircon. But a large fan was available. An we appreciate this was difficult weather for everyone. We had a drink at the bar, which we enjoyed. The hotel is very central.
