The staff is superfreindly. The hotel is located in less crowded area of city so there is plenty of of space for hotel rooms and for free complemetary parking. The rooms are in very good condition with large bed size. The food is very good. Overall an excellent expeience!

Staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Broken drinks vending machine and they sorted me out water. Really good price and rooms great. Hairdryer does set off the fire alarm though!

The gentleman that checked us in was helpful, kind and very polite. Then after not the most amazing stay with a boiler problem and cold showers, also no heating in the room, (it was cold), we were apologised too and refunded our breakfast. We will give this hotel another chance but were close to not doing so.

Simple but clean and all good around, from check in to breakfast, bed comfy, and amenities. Shame had no chance to use a gym!!!

Staff were amazing - so helpful on Reception. Upgraded us as it was my birthday. Cleaning staff asked if there was a problem with the room as we had switched rooms - shows they care. Clean and comfortable. Room was a little cold and couldn’t get the heating/ AC unit to warm the room but to be fair, I didn’t ask for assistance as it was late.
