Reiste med to barnebarn på 7 og 10 år. Hotellet lå bare noen meter fra Oxfordstreet, noe som var perfekt for oss. Hotellet var flott og rommene var romslige. Deilig frokostbuffet med noe for alle. Flotte fellesområder og restauranter inne på hotellet. Egen butikk der du kunne få kjøpe alt fra suvenirer, sjokolade, duftlys og godteri. Renholdet var bra og det var en liten minibar på rommet, hvor vann,brus og chips var gratis. Kaffemaskin og vannkoker, te og en liten kjeks var det også mulighet for å bruke. Alle ansatte var hyggelige og imøtekommende. Spurte om når vi måtte ta taxi til Victoria station og fikk råd om når tid det var lurt å reise fra hotellet. Meget fornøyd med oppholdet og kommer nok tilbake hit ved en annen anledning.

A rough start at check in, as the previous occupants had not checked out and the room wasn’t ready. It looks good on paper, letting you stay a full 24 hours but in practice it doesn’t always work out. There’s a reason the whole hotel industry has several hours between check out and new check ins. That being said, the staff went above and beyond getting us in our room with a complimentary gift basket of snacks and drinks for our inconvenience. The live entertainment in the lobby/lounge was wonderful. The singer was very talented and not too loud for the limited space.

From the moment we got to the hotel, which was situated in a fantastic location, everything was fantastic. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The bedroom was divided into two with a seperate seating area with a soda bed, which our daughter used. It had a fridge, microwave and sink for prepairing snacks etc. a coffee machine with coffee pods, there was a kettle with teas and hot chocolate in a cupboard and a complimentary mini bar with beer, wine and water. The bedroom and seating area both had a TV on the wall, with Youtube and the usual channels but also had an HDMI input easily accessible so you could stream content from a phone or tablet very easily. Lots of USB ports dotted around the two rooms, and at least one set of, UK, US and European plug sockets on the wall. There is a buffet breakfast in the restaurant and the lifts can get quite busy at this time of the day, but it's worth it as there is a fantastic choice of food, both hot and cold and omelettes cooked to order. All in all, an amazing hotel, with great staff and amenities in a fantastic location.
