We stayed here for one night and had a great time. I love midlands elegant decor, and the receptionist was very sweet. Our room was really nice. We had cocktails at the bar and lovely servers, but it took about 15 minutes to serve our drinks and 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches to arrive. Overall it was quite enjoyable and breakfast was delicious. Looking forward to staying again.

I went to afternoon tea. The lobby bar served a delicious drink to start the day, and the service was excellent. In addition to the lovely setting in the tea room, there was outstanding service as well. Childrens afternoon tea was ideal, while the food was of incredibly high caliber. Many higherend establishments dont offer kids afternoon classes, but the Midland did. There is no longer merely veg option, only vegan, which is the only reason i am giving this five stars. Vegetarians prefer egg, cheese, the standard selection of cakes, etc., rather than vegan substitutes. I would have expected an establishment of this cadence to offer dietary options of that caloric type. Would undoubtedly return, however, please cater to vegetarians, not just vegans!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this excellent hotel. The room was impeccably clean and perfectly suited our needs. After checking in, we headed to the spa shortly, where we were welcomed with a warm smile. Typically, guests must reserve an hours free spa, but we chose the right time to do so and were able to check in right away.

A lovely hotel with character and features. The rooms are a good size. For id stay here again. Staying here feels like pampered, which is nice for snooze. However, the rooms were chilly. It didnt seem to work on the fan heater. But since we didn't spend much time in our room, it was fine for us.

I had a great time staying here, even though we only stayed one night, and i was quite pleased with how amazing the hotel is with such attention to detail. The beds were extremely comfortable, providing the best sleep in ages. Additionally, the breakfast offered countless options. All of the staff members ive encountered were exceptionally friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. Without denying that ill return to this hotel.

The hotel is absolutely stunning! Our friends got married here on 24th November, and the day was so special! The turn around from ceremony to wedding breakfast was unbelievable, all the staff couldnt do enough for you. It was very expensive at the bar, but the cocktails were amazing! Such a special day, thank you to everyone who made it so memorable for the bride and groom.

This was a treat for my wife and it was my second visit to the Midland hotel, but my spouses first. I told her about how wonderful the hotel was from my previous visit and hoped she would love it as much as i did. She didnt need to worry. He absolutely loved it. We stayed for two nights in february for rescheduling and each received billiards. The spa was fantastic and the treatments were excellent. There was lovely and friendly staff there. Ated inside the motel on our first night. Service was excellent and food was delicious. Only negative was the bar prices and lack of staff to take care of people in the seating area around the pub. Just one person was wandering around looking after customers, and according to me, there were more than 50 customers in that area. To accommodate for the amount of customers they were dealing with, at least two more needed. Im sure bar profits would pay for their wages. Will not keep us from coming back. Plan to visit again soon. Drinks are probably nearby. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants right outside your door.

I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the midlands hotel. I recently returned from a twonight stay at the Midland hotel and i also went to the spa for ten days. From the moment we arrived, it was so quiet and peaceful. Every aspect was perfect. The staff is very friendly and the place is immaculate. It was really comfortable in the beds that ive decided not to leave. This spa is amazing, ill have val treatment here and it made me almost fall asleep on the bed. Food and service were excellent.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The spa was good, we had a free hour with our room which was enough time for us. Perfect evening, great atmosphere, and delicious cocktails. I will definitely be back!.
