This is a real gem, when we next stay in Blackpool this will be the first place we will try and book in to . Really nice people and lovly hotel, 5 minuets walk to the seafront. Great breakfast and all that you want in a hotel, feels like home from home.

We loved staying here and I would hope to be able to stay here again if ever visiting Blackpool. Great hosts and lovely guest house with private garden and car park. Breakfast was good and accommodating to me as a rare veggie in Blackpool. Kath and Rick are great and you can tell they work hard to provide such good service.

Would highly recommend the Old Coach House. It’s very clean, comfy beds, close to the South Pier and tram. Breakfast was amazing, delicious full English. Kath was lovely.

Kath and Rick made us feel welcome from the start. Nice room with large size and powerful shower. Personally I found the bed too soft but still slept ok. Quiet area despite being only 400 yards from Sandcastle and close to Pleasure Beach. Didn't use the honesty box in the bar but thought it was a nice touch.

This is an amazing place to stay, particularly if you're a couple. The old coach house in Blackpool is amazing. I wasn't too sure to reserve any stay at Blackpool as it had bad reviews. So I wanted a very nice accommodation. I want to thank pathrick for being so kind and helpful. The room was quite nice and comfortable even though we are very picky. Excellent shower and bathroom in the room. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety. The quality of the sausages is the only thing I'd want to improve upon. I love you both and wishes you a lot.

Very nice little guesthouse. Very clean and friendly. The host is great and nothing was too much trouble. Great location right near the south pier and tram stop.

I reserved a room at the old coach house for us one night on the day we had scheduled to arrive. Fortunately, a double room was available, but the space is often filled and I can understand why. We were extremely fortunate. Rick, who was incredibly welcoming, met us at the front door, and then path met us. Lovely homeowners made us feel really welcome. The 9-room room they gave us was spacious and cozy. The shower was excellent, and the ensure bathroom was also large and extremely clean. The bed was spacious and extremely comfortable. Although it is on a lovely and peaceful road, the pleasure beach and south pier are only a 5-minute walk away. Breakfast was delivered at 3 a.m. and a table with our room number was set up for us. The catering sausages were the only criticisms, but they were still quite tasty and generally very excellent. Tea and coffee were plentiful, and they had plenty of juices, which was great for me because I don't drink hot drinks. There were also plenty of cereals, fruit, and yogurts available. During our visit to pleasure beach, path rick also permitted us to leave our bags with them and collect them later. I'm very glad we stayed there and I would not think twice about returning. Truly exceptional. They provide excellent service and a great location to stay. David I.

I have stayed in the old coach house for a few days on a visit to Blackpool. What a beautiful place, very clean and the owner is very friendly and does everything to help. Even coming to my aid when I needed help with my dress continental and full english breakfast served with a smile highly recommended.

We will definitely return. A lovely house and a superbly comfortable starting point for our week in Blackpool. When I contacted our hosts about health and mobility issues, they were both extremely kind and supportive and were able to provide us with a ground floor room. Despite being next to the front door, we were never once disturbed by noise. Every morning, we all longed for a quality, delectable breakfast. The bathroom was large, and the room's decoration was lush and cozy, with plenty of storage space. The ironing and self-service bar were two additional amenities we utilized, which was quite convenient. On two occasions, we had to depart earlier than the scheduled breakfast hours first for the day to go to Alton Towers, and then for checkout to return to the ferry, and we were very grateful that the owners still provided us with milk and cereal choices in the conservatory, which was perfect and much appreciated. We were delighted to have found such a relaxing location, close to wherever we wanted to go, and were grateful that we still had milk and cereal options available in the conservatory.
