The Old Mill is extremely picturesque, looks amazing and the hosts are great too! Rooms were a decent size and very clean. We booked to stay here as we were visiting Teesside Autodrome the next day. Not far from the track at all! Overall brilliant place to stay and I'll be staying here in the future when I'm visiting Teesside again.

I had a great at the old mill. I was welcomed by carmen who was a lovely lady. She showed us the room and gave us a quick tour. The hot tubs was great and the room was very clea.

great little place only down side is only access to fresh air is the huge front doors so have to sit with it open to get fresh air.

Friendliest welcome I have had for a long time. Good food & beer just 1 minute walk to the local pub. Room was fine for the price. The whole site (ex-windmill) added to the experience. I'll definitely be back if work takes me back to that area of the country.

GREAT value for money, some really strange reviews for this place and I can only think they are not taking into consideration what they are paying. The place is in a lovely setting with a great pub / restaurant only a stones throw away. The rooms are clean and the 2 I have stayed in have nice showers. The welcome is second to none very friendly and helpful. It feels like you are staying with friends rather than a B&B. In my opinion some of the more negative reviews should be ignored as I would be surprised if most people were not happy with their stay.

Great looking Bed and Breakfast, stayed in the barn and the room was big enough for a family. Led onto lovely gardens with a hot-tub. Would definitely stay here again if I ever go back to Yarm. Very peaceful spot with a good pub just down the lane. I only stayed for one night on a business trip but for the brief time I was there I'd the owners where really nice people and very welcoming. Unfortunately I didn't book breakfast as I had to get away early doors but it looked like they were laying on a good spread for the other guest. I've rated this room with top marks as I would have been happy to pay over the asking price for my stay.

Lovely quirky place with a very friendly, helpful manager. Our room was OK, rather basic but overall nice and clean. There are no breakfast facilities so it means a drive into Yarm - tho it's a really lovely town. The pub is very close by and does do evening meals.
