Great stay ideal location for the airport, only issue was the room was a bit hot in this heat but it would be the same everywhere. Food was excellent, highly recommend!

Lovely place to stay . Easy walking distance to town sights and restaurants and shops. Great to have the car park too. Good food reasonably prices. Liked being so close to the river to see the birds

Great place to experience a quaint English Village for an overnight before an early flight. And to stay in a historic building that was founded in 1100. Real treat!

Stayed in the King John Suite. Room was spacious and the bathroom was huge. It would be helpful for more outlets but I understand that it’s an old building. Unique to have a pub below and. Ice public transportation near by.

We stayed here for one night pre flight, a fab location, close to LHR, free off street parking. With just 11 rooms, this historic pub was charming and convenient. Room and private bathroom was spacious, well maintained and with amenities. We enjoyed a Sunday Roast for dinner, well priced and delicious. Highly recommended as just 10min drive from car hire drop off.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent, and the room was just what we needed. Being the 3rd oldest Inn in England was a plus. Would love to stay again in the future.
