This place is very nice. This hotel is located in the very livable part of London, so we really enjoyed our stay there. The room's cleanliness was very good.

My colleague and I stayed at the Piccadilly West End Hotel. We were in one bedroom where there was always noise from outside. Luckily Mitchell, Bianca and I did help us very much and gave us a room upgrade. Thank you Mitchell. I will definitely stay in this well located hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for one night to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was great for us because the service was very friendly and attentive and it helped us so much. The location is excellent, close to the theatre, Chinatown, Leicester Square, and Christmas lights.

Although the room is okay, it was still quite chilly even with the air conditioning in the room and many more. It's uncomfortable to stay barefoot because heated floors are on and set to many more things. I had to go and ask for slippers and an ironing board when I entered the restroom. Since the phone in the closet wasn't working, go. The internet captive portal isn't functioning, so to get it working you must go back to the front desk. Breakfast is adequate, but rather than ordering cappuccino, I had an instant escape coffeealike solution. I know, the coffee maker was broken every two days I was there. The receptionists offered pleasant hot wine, hot chocolate, and cookies that were very nice and warming after london walks with ac outside. The location is ideal. The personnel is friendly. Overall, the hotel is overpriced given the level of service. I paid 700 euros for two nights, but I only received services for 200 euros. Not 700, but for the position, probably 400 euros max.

I would never hesitate to ask to be reimbursed. The receptionist was so nice and considerate. She not only assisted us in leaving a little note for our friend, but also handed us a bottle of prosecco to share with her friend. This was top-notch service. I love your effort.
