The hotel was clean and comfortable. On arrival, I was made to feel welcome and the hotel policies explained in a friendly manner including the WiFi password. The room was cleaned during my stay and there were complimentary amenities left in reception for guests outside of normal hours . This was a nice touch to be able to get extra milk for coffee late at night. Lovely friendly staff ,and great security . The location of the property is excellent. I would return again .

The staff at The Pier hotel were just fantastic!!super friendly, welcoming and helpful. We were staying for the Eastbourne triathlon and it transformed our weekend.

Great value for money for our family apartment. The staff and service was great too. Unfortunately I left a device linked to my laptop there and I was panicking about how to get this back. The team were so helpful in finding it and had it posted back to me too. Thanks guys!!!
