It was an absolute pleasure to arrive here and be greeted by the host simon who was just engaging in his conversation and eager to help and recommend local attractions. Nel and sylvia were both very nice, and the room presentation was fantastic and had everything we needed including air conditioning which was very needed as it was humid. Parking is available on-site and the vehicle is safe and secure. Local buses are down the road so visitors can go around. I will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone.

The employee was amazingly kind, very accommodating, and eager to give you recommendations on the best places to eat and visit. Every day, the rooms were cleaned to a very high standard. The hotel's location in the heart of Newquay, next to a number of shops, restaurants, and of course the beach was the best aspect. Overall, the experience was wonderful, and we would come back.

This place has a wonderful place to stay. The atmosphere is very comfortable. It has a vast selection of freshly cooked food. The rooms are also nice. The facilities include a bar, pool table, and table football. The property is enormous, so you wouldn't think it from the outside. A hidden treasure that I highly recommend.

Excellent value, excellent location, and fantastic views. We had reserved a few accommodations for the 13 of us staying one night, and all of them had very high standards, were very cozy, and were tidy. Although our initial greeting was polite and informative, we had a card machine issue that made payment extremely challenging, making the situation more difficult. The parking area was good, but there was a minor issue, which was related to the small car park and narrow accessibility. Based on our experiences and accommodations, this is a good starting point for a vacation in Newquay.
