Lovely hotel in an excellent location just off the Strand and a few minute walk to Covent Garden. Very comfortable bed, powerful shower and useful little kitchen hidden away in a wardrobe, with a Britta filter water tap - a great extra touch. I will stay here again

Rooms small as in any central hotel but well designed for short or even medium length stay with drawer and hanging space and even for empty luggage. Very clean looks almost new. Staff very helpful and friendly with restaurant suggestions. Air conditioning worked very well despite the heat wave. Great value.

Perfect location for restaurants, shopping, best of all for public commute, street is just a walk away. You can also walk to some historical landmarks fr hotel. The staff is amazing! The bathroom is spacious and clean, same with the room, very seldom to find in Eu. Comfortable stay all in all. Love this hotel! Oh and they provide umbrellas for the rainy weather in London.

The Staff was very professional and friendly, We had an issue with the air conditioning in our room, and Peter at the front desk went above and beyond to help us. He did everything he could to fix the problem so we wouldn’t have to move rooms. He was incredibly kind, professional, and generous with us. We truly appreciated his excellent customer service. Thank you, Peter!

Brilliant little hotel with fantastic glfriendly staff. Rooms are small and very well equipped. Windows are double/treble glazed but we still had some road noise from The Strand. No bath but a wonderful rain forest shower.
