What a beautiful day this was. The views from the Inn are stunning. I was welcomed by Kevin (the owner) on arrival. I enjoyed a fabulous home-cooked styled curry for dinner (a must have if you are there for curry night). The rooms are clean and nicely set up. Both Kevin and Suzanne are superb hosts. Looking for a great place to stay this is it. I look forward to my return.

Immaculate room in a great pub on the edge of the moor. Outstanding walking from the door and lovely garden to sit in as the sun goes down.

I love this little pub - second time I’ve stayed here while passing through. The owners and staff are lovely, the food is nice, the rooms are comfortable, and the area is stunningly gorgeous - I’ve been on some great walks along the Dart River and the other way onto Dartmoor. It’d be a great place to stay for a walking trip.

A decent small village pub right on the 2-Moors Way. They stock a reasonable range of home-cooked food, a variety of locally brewed beers (eg. Dartmoor & Bay), plus a massive variety of whiskies. The top floor 'suite' has sharply sloping ceilings, so take care if you are up there! We had a peek in the other rooms whilst there too, which are all very nice.

Had the loft room, good for family with 2 teenagers, the futons are good double size comfortable beds. Dinner was a good meal, good beer a good breakfast. Location great for exploring dartmoor.
