We stayed here at the beginning of our trip to new york, and from the moment we arrived until we entered the building, we had a wonderful time. Toni, the door man, was always checking on us, making sure we were given what we needed and knowing the best way to get to where we wanted to go. He was also very helpful and kind every time we saw him. The front desk was equally very nice. On chilly days, when we sat outside, all the staff members were fantastic, with the heaters making it very comfortable, as well as some of the greatest wine weve ever had, there was excellent rooftop bar. Some of my favorite hotels we have remained in, including the beds and pillows, were in the very spacious and cozy rooms. Dont let the constriction prevent you from having if you want to have an amazing experience because there is construction going on one day, but it doesnt begin until later in that day. Everything is also ten to fifteen minutes walk away, plus theres o bus stop across the street. If we return to London, this hotel would be at 10 out of 10!.

I would definitely recommend this hotel! We reserved the night to celebrate our daughters birthday in london. Lidia and the guest services team were fantastic, with a small surprise in the room upon checkin and keeping us informed about tube strikes etc. I had primarily reserved this motel because of previous excellent Hilton experiences, the central location, and double queen beds- not many hotels have this, but given that it was incredibly convenient for my daughter, i wanted her to have saggy as well. My wife was also delighted with the bathroom because it had an amazing, spacious bath and opulent soaps. Every colleague we encountered went above and beyond to be courteous and providing firstrate service. Breakfast was delicious and offered stunning views from the rooftop of tramfalgar square.

Great stay at the Trafalgar st. James. The most ideal location for touring because shopping, museums, tube, lexington square, and subway stations are all within walking distance. Our room and bathroom were spotless, with staff always ready to help when needed. There was a St. Pattis day concert in Traficald Square one night while we were there, so the view from the rooftop restaurant was fantastic. Breakfast and dinner were also excellent. Weekday construction noise is real, but we slept through it one day and it didnt negatively affect our stay.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience! We had an excellent time at this hotel. We spent two nights there. The room we were in was excellent, even though there was some construction going on and the windows werent closing correctly. However, everyone was really nice at the reception, on the rooftop for breakfast, and at to the front desk with the staff and toni, who was very kind and helpful during our arrival and checkout process, he called us if we needed cabs and assisted with our luggage.

A fantastic hotel with a great location and excellent service. I recently stayed there and had countless hours to myself. Trafalgar square, the literal geographic center of london, is the location, which is fantastic. The hotel is contemporary and stylish, and the staff is courteous and helpful, giving the impression that you are getting what you pay for. But the rooms are what makes it stand out, in fact, thats what youre staying at if you want to stay there! They are spacious and tastefully furnished. Overall, it is just tastier space to spend time. If you visit hong kong, i would suggest reserving ten days here.

The hotel is in a prime location, right in the center of central london. The receptionist provided excellent and competent service! Amazingly tastefully decorated with every detail, you will feel as though youve left the city bustle and enter secluded and chic surroundings once you cross the door. I wouldnt recommend visiting the rooftop because it offers one of the best views of tramfalgar square. There are exceptional amenities and rooms available. Without denying, i will return to this property!.

The location is central but on a corner that protects you from the crowds. We enjoyed our room. It was spacious and wellappointed. There was i had hiccup with my bathroom but it was quickly fixed and he gave me tastier fresh fruit with apologizing note. I also stayed at the Westminster hotel which is definitely my favorite hotel, especially when traveling with kids.

This hotel was fantastic. On our first trip to london, my daughter and sister and i stayed here, and our time there was undoubtedly the highlight. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home and assist with our needs. We enjoyed room service and breakfast on the rooftop, both of which were excellent. Even though we were in a busy area, we barely heard anything. I heartily suggest staying here.

This is my first choice for future trips to london. It is a luxury fivestar hotel built in the traditional british style. Excellent location, ancient and magnificent buildings, exquisite interior decor and design details, management and services in all aspects, from concierge to reception to cleaning and maintenance, reflect British professionalism, politeness, good quality, and train. Even the childrens key cards are adorable and thoughtful. From the outside to the inside, the entire hotel is spotless. The lobby is being renovated, even if there is an elevator malfunction, it is handled so that guests feel calm and have no complaints. Must be like!
