We would definitely stay at this hotel in the city of london again! This hotel is ideal for staying because of its excellent location and polite staff. During our visit to new york city, we spent four nights there, and we had a great time every time. The rooms were immaculate, the breakfast spread was excellent, etc..

I stayed here for one night as part of a business trip. The checkin process was smooth and the location was great. I left with an arm full of bed bug bites. Be careful and check the room properly.

This is a good choice if you want to be close to fantastic museums, theaters, and lots of fun pubs. If you seek tranquility and calm, this is not the place to stay. Once in the hotel, it is calmer and the pace feels more relaxed. Our room was odd. Very comfortable bed, useful desk area, adequate bathroom, but our view was of the back of another building, which was disturbing. The service is attentive, id say familiar. However, the doorman was absolutely charming! Breakfast in executive lounge was nice with tasty selection and helpful service, however, there were some oddities in my room. One of our tables was positioned so that when pushed back my chair, its pulling on the lamps electrical cord that almost fell on top of other tables. Oops. Overall, an excellent place for staying unless you enjoy being in front of things. Tower and Globe are mangled, although the British museum, courtauld gallery, etc., as well as the entire west end theater district, are all conveniently located there.

The room was clean, i didnt like the smell of towels, but they were clean but just a strange smell. Quick checkin and checkout, everything works well. The food and beverage department was high level, friendly, quick service, all done. Very welcoming and polite staff. Enjoyed the breakfast, fresh food, plenty of choice.

When you stay at a waldorf, you know what to expect, and this one is no different. The service was extremely polite and white gloved. If you anticipate us standards, the rooms are on the smaller side but you are in the country, so dont have that expectation. You feel as though youre under sand when you take brisk showers! Although we were on floor 320, our room had no view, it was silent. While we went, there were no facilities such as the pool, sauna, or fitness center. Although the executive lounge was smaller, its still excellent food and service. Breakfast in english and other items in every morning. All day snacks and nonalcoholic beverages. Happy hour drinks and lots of delivered warm and cold snacks. There are many activities and fantastic restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel is listed as heritage grade one and has some beautiful art deco features and extensive renovations that are not in my opinion sympathetic to the buildings ancient past. The front of the house has a comfortable bar and an outdoor seating area. Originally referred to as trthouse forte hotel, now branded as the Hilton, the hotel boasts renowned location in the aldwych, close to covent garden, and surrounded by theaters. Comfortable rooms and amenities are offered at reasonable prices for upscale hotels.

I was checked in by a lovely, knowledgeable woman. Upgraded and discussed various stays. The room was wellmaintained and in accordance with the venue and overlooked the waldorf sign. There was surprisingly affordable food available at the restaurant, with showcasing upscale menus. I ended up purchasing four courses because i simply wanted more!.

In the final week of december 2023, i spent five nights here. The hotel is in an excellent position because it is less than a 10minute walk from the Thames river, covent garden, soho, and tramfalgar square. At the aldwych bus stand, which is almost in front of the hotel, you can find dozens of buses that start or end at the bus stop. Tube station is also within ten minutes walk. Despite the buildings apparent age, the building is quite wellmaintained and spacious from inside. It was arranged for sanitized and cleaned correctly. A bonus is that the motel also offers perks for its members, including if you are able to use the Hilton diamond and gold lounge, see below for more images. Staff is courteous and helpful. Without evidence, we will stay here again in the future.

My girlfriend and i had a great time at the bar, herman was an amazing waiter who really made our evening feel special. His work at this hotel was truly distinguished by his kind and helpful demeanor. I wish him all the best for making our time here even more enjoyable. The receptionists were lovely, which also helped me make my girlfriends birthday during her stay incredibly memorable. As soon as we entered our room, they set up our accommodation with tepid dessert and happy birthday messages. Which was fantastic. Our room on the third floor was the only drawback we had, it was cold one moment and the next warm. Overall, the staff was excellent, including the doorman, and it is in opulent location and well worth the money.

For our twin daughters 21st birthday, we stayed here. We enjoyed afternoon tea, beauty, and the theme of beast. It was wonderful. Carolina, the waiter, went above and beyond what was expected. She made sure we had everything we needed and had plenty of time to eat and drink, but she didnt rush us. Overall 5 stars.

We cant express how wonderful the waldorf is! Everything was fantastic! The reception and service were firstrate. Although a little small, our rooms were immaculate! Strongly advised, the location was crucial! We will return!.

The historic hotel is wonderful. It is conveniently close to chinatown and all the theaters. There is nothing beats it. If you are carrying heavy luggage, be aware that there are still stairs on each floor. We couldnt use the gym or swimming pool for the first time. The second time, we went on a tour. Having ea gym and pool is convenient. However, i found the rooms lighting to be lukewarm due to the somewhat low ceiling in the room. Two bottles of water and coffee are included. Although there wasnt utmost privacy outside, the space is pleasant and has good lighting. Even though there werent many excellent views outside at all, there was hardly any free drinks in this mini fridge. While none of the beverages are free, they are plentiful. With some english breakfast options, brunch is excellent. Beautiful furnishings permeate the dining area. You can still grab iced coffee and croissants if your stay doesnt include breakfast. Except for over 6 feet, its incredibly tall, which is the main complaint.

We stayed for 3 nights in december and had a great time. Worth every penny because the location couldnt have been better. The bar drinks were excellent and we could tell there was great attention to detail for every bottle stocked. Staff were kind and helpful and the rooms were clean. Dean, the door greeter was the most memorable and made our trip extra special. He was very helpful with great recommendations so we can see as much as london has to offer in the short 3 days we were there. We looked forward to seeing him every morning. Thank you for making our stay extra unique, we still talk about it today!.

We had a great time, what s o this hotel is. Bella at the reception was very friendly and made us feel welcome and valued. Great location, amazing cocktails, buffet breakfast in the beautiful restaurant and ball room with lots of history. I will definitely stay again.

We will stay again. A traditional hotel in london, very clean and comfortable rooms, surprisingly quiet in the middle of a busy area of the city, good public areas, tavern bar and an excellent breakfast. The staff were very efficient, helpful and friendly. Ideal choice for theatre land in leonding, exceeded our expectations.

The hotel boasts a stylish and tranquil atmosphere, offering optimum location. Our stay at the queen superior room was exceptional, providing us with an unparalleled experience unlike other hotels in the area. The breakfast buffet provided varying levels of comfort, ensuring utmost comfort throughout our stay. Additionally, the staff members were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, adding to our overall experience. Were already looking forward to returning in September for another visit.
