This was my first stop on a 10 day trip, and unfortunately my luggage was lost on the way. The receptionist was very helpful with giving me some ideas of what food places were open and where to get certain clothing/hygiene products. As soon as my luggage got there (2 days later) they notified me right away. All of the amenities were very clean and well kept overall!

Stayed here several nights in advance of a trip to the isles. The property and room were clean, modern and well maintained. Having a small fridge, microwave, dishes and utensils was a lifesaver to save time and money. It was also an easy walk from the airport bus. My only caveat would be the need to be aware of your surroundings as I did have one unpleasant interaction with someone in the street. But that’s just par for the course in a city.

Room was nice and clean. Property seemed well maintained. Gym was a bit small could’ve used a few mats but worked just fine. Only negative was the laundry facilities………only one washer and dryer for all guests, and seems the hotel was using it too, so even more limited. (They were washing the pet cloths). Even with that we’d stay there again! Great staff and space!

This was a new to us location. The rooms were spacious, having a small kitchen was an unexpected treat. Very nice inside and out. Very close to Queen Street station and walkable to all of city center. Would definitely stay again!

The Wellington is located close to downtown. We had a modern, clean room, a spacious bathroom and the staff was very helpful.

Great area and close to subway and bus stations. The kitchenette was a huge plus in the room. Bathroom was decent size for what I’ve seen in the city.

Hotel tout neuf ! Joli, grand, propre, pratique et confortable Très bien placé. Près des transports, de la gare, des boutiques et restaurants. Réception au top, personnel d'une grande aide, sympathiques et très professionnels, check-in en plusieures langues, même en Portugais du Brésil, merci pour tous les bons conseils, et la resolution Des problèmes rencontrés. Lovely overnight stay at The Wellington whilst attending a retirement party in an establishment on nearby Bothwell Street..We were allocated a lovely room on the 3rd floor. Room was very modern and welcoming with everything you would expect and require in a hotel of this standard. Didn't spend a great deal of time actually in the room due to party but have to say the bed was exceptionally comfortable and we both had a great nights sleep. Shower in the morning was great and also the tea/coffee making facilities afterwards. The hotel was really quiet in the respect of noise which obviously helped with the great nights sleep we had. All in all we were delighted with our stay and wouldn't hesitate to use The Wellington Hotel again when we have occasion to stay overnight in Glasgow. Didn't really have much conversation with reception other than checking in and out but doing this was so smooth with both receptionists being very polite and helpful.

Lovely hotel. Great idea for a hotel room - different! Room included a small kitchen unit with a sink, fridge, microwave plus tea & coffee facilities. Shame the fridge wasn’t that cool but a lot of fridges in hotel rooms are not that cool. Nice size single bed. Very comfortable. Also, good size bathroom with fantastic shower. Nice touch to have a clothes steamer rather than an iron. Only issue was the air conditioning. If it was working, I couldn’t tell. The room was too warm for me and despite turning the temperature down to 16 degrees from 21, I didn’t feel any difference.
