A nice location and a comfortable room. It's a busyfabhotel, but the room provided was quiet as requested. Bed was comfortable, sheets, towels, etc., and shower was good. It was a bit more expensive than hotels of comparable standard we've stayed in other areas of the country, but this is London. We didn't eat at the hotel, so I can't comment on food. What we saw being brought to other guests appeared to be enough and there was plenty of demand. The only minor issue we had was some mold around the bath and the shower head needed cleaning. It worked fine and didn't detract from our stay, but it didn't look too good. I would be happy to use the hotel again if we needed to stay near Chatham in the future.

This hotel is very good and I can say that the service was very impressive. The room was spacious, peaceful and nicely decorated. The food was delicious. We reserved a parking spot during our stay. The location is ideal for Central Chatham and a short tube commute to central London. The views from this hotel are spectacular. It's quite close to the city center. Definitely will stay here again.

We only stayed for one night, but we would definitely recommend it. Very friendly staff, lovely room decorated elegantly in calming colours. Tea and coffee making equipment in the room, with a beautiful pottery teapot and matching cups and saucers. Great bathroom with a really powerful hot shower. There are many shops, restaurants and cafes nearby, with Chatham Common and the Tube down the road on the doorstep.

The facilities here were so fantastic, especially the breakfast. After that, the atmosphere was so peaceful, there is a good selection of hot drinks, and there's fresh milk in the fridge. Subsequently, we got a jar full of cookies in the refrigerator. Afterward, the personnel were so friendly and helpful. Afterward, there were a few minor problems, but they were quickly and without any problems.
