Although the room was small, which was expected it had everything you needed A nice clean bathroom, comfortable bed lovely flatscreen TV and a small vanity There wereplenty of towels and the staff was very nice The location was perfect. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was spotless! The staff greeted you as soon as you walked in the door! Staff very helpful and pleasant! In fact, one of the gals from the hotel was on break in the courtyard as I was returning. Not realizing she was on break-I asked her a question. Then, I thought...geez theres a reason she's out here....she is on break I apolgized and then stepped back and told her I was sorry, she said....no,no,no, here I will help you! The place is small, but wonderful. Great pizza shop right next door! The pizza place was amazing and the manager was about the floor and came over to talk to us! The location was perfect....All in all, I highly recommend and would stay here again!

Great central location, near Chinatown, eateries, bars, stores, transportation. Hotel was older with tight spacing. First time I stayed in a hotel room with no windows. Hotel was okay, but its location was excellent.

The Z Hotel in Covent Garden was perfectly located in London to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to all tourist areas. The staff were all kind and helpful. The complimentary wine and cheese nights were a major bonus!

Brilliant stay at the hotel. The welcome from the receptionist was absolutely brilliant, very polite and well mannered. Didn’t quite catch her name seh said she was pretty new: The complimentary cheese board on Tuesday snd Saturdays is a brilliant thought. Will be back again Kind regards Luke

Fantastic location and staff who let us drop off our bags early in the day before our room was ready. Upon arrival in the evening our bags were already in our room. Room itself was perfect for a 1 night stay in central London. No frills but also very modern thought out design with everything you need. Highly recommended
