Good location in Holborn. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and everything worked. Ideal if you need a room to crash for one-night, or are on a short break to London and need a hotel that is well-positioned for all the main London attractions.

Well designed hotel, with two amazing flaws. One is trivial. But how does a new hotel install a powerpoint so close to the front door of the room that it can't be used. And the new shower leaks onto the floor! Extraordinary in a new hotel.

i have stayed here over 5 times in the past year and its always clean, staff is very helpful and friendly and very welcoming. i will stay no where else. and its close to the tube and everything and everywhere i want to go.

No window? No problem. Tiny but adequate room. First hotel I've been in for a while where everything worked (except BBC 1 on the TV) and the staff were very efficient and helpful. We breakfasted at the Wetherspoons across the road - excellent.

Lovely hotel with great staff. We stayed in a family room and had read the reviews before arriving and was expecting it to be tiny. The room was actually perfect for 3 adults and we had no complaints.

Absolutely surprised by the quality to price ratio. Hotel was right where I needed to be, and while the rooms are not big (but most are in central London), there is available reasonably priced breakfast and a pleasant hotel staff. Would absolutely stay here again.
