The location of the Z Hotel was excellent and only about a block and a half from the Holborn Underground station. The room was very modern, up to date. It was a tad tiny but manageable. The cable TV offering could had more news options especially for business, No business news. The hotel menu could have had better vegetarian options like omelets. Check in and check out was seamless.

The room was clean and the staff were helpful and efficient. There was air conditioning! The room was quiet. The only negative was the semi-opaque bathroom doors which allows you to basically see in.

I had an interior Queen room and will admit that when I first saw it, I was a bit shocked - it was very small! But for one person, it was just perfect. And being someone who needs a very dark room to sleep, it worked out great for me. The bed was firm but quite comfortable, four plush pillows, TV was great, shower was great. I loved their wine and cheese reception for guests on Tuesday and Saturday nights. The best part, though, was the location! Central and walkable to everywhere in central London and beyond. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our original room had some issue with the AC. They moved us the rest of our trip and our new room sure was an upgrade. Staff is very helpful. Location if perfect. Rooms are small but it is London so not a surprise. We were very happy

Great hotel location, friendly staff, quiet for central London. I payed for the cheapest room with no window but ended up with a window which was a great surprise! The air con was fantastic during 35 degree weather during my stay.

Definitely recommend and will be using again. The room was very well planned, clean, comfy and had everything needed. Air conditioning was great too. Also, as a single female traveler, felt very safe. The staff were friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful.
