The staff is very friendly. If you are a couple, do not book this hotel! This hotel is great if youre alone. The toilet and shower are next to the bed and only separated by glass! Its better not to eat anything spicy unless youve been married for ages. There is only one socket on one side of the mattress.

The rooms are adequate for your needs. Some are internal (no windows), but they are always spotless. However, the true reason to stay at the z hotel is the complimentary cheese and wine buffet from 5-8 pm. Excellent value for the money.

This hotel is excellent. Ive stayed with this company a few times, and all of their hotels appear to be very nice, clean, or wellstaffed.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, free cheese and wine for members. Also close to the subway, pretty central location and very nice neighbourhood. Cons the bathroom inside the room is entirely made of frosted glass, leaving no privacy or sound isolation. If your room are on the lower ground floor, a fancy way to say basement floor), the whole room shakes because of the metro. There is no wardrobe in the rooms. The bed was quite uncomfortable.

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel or any other z hotel ive stayed at. The staff here are very welcoming, friendly and very helpful. They create a feeling of home away from home. Perfect for after stowing at westfields shopping. My daughter turned 18 last week and they decorated her bed and left her id card. We had some drinks and cheese while relaxing in their cool lounge area. I would love to stay here another night as hes so relaxed but home calls.

I had a great time here the other week. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Happy hour drinks are definitely worth it! Quirky small rooms in sanitized surroundings.

The room was spotless and very comfortable. The size of the rooms is the only drawback that some may encounter. Our rooms bathroom was completely seethrough and not at all private, so this room is also best suited for couples. Overall, its a great location and i would definitely book again, for incredibly affordable prices. Fantastic! Excellent value for the money!.

Jangan memesan hotel ini jika Anda pasangan! Jika Anda sendirian, hotel ini bagus. Toilet dan shower terletak di sebelah tempat tidur dan hanya dipisahkan oleh kaca! Sebaiknya jangan makan apa pun yang pedas kecuali jika Anda sudah lama menikah. Hanya ada stop kontak di salah satu sisi tempat tidur. Staf sangat baik.

The location is right by the tube. We chose a basic room without window. The room was nice, spacious and very clean. A little warm but has air conditioning but not cooler than 18 degrees. You can see the subway underneath but it wasnt ok for us. I will stay again.

I spent three nights there. The room i got was smaller than ive anticipated and was in the basement. Old street station is only a 3minute walk away. They allowed me to shower in another room and fixed the faucet in my room because the shower faucet had broken. All of the receptionists were very kind, and the food was delicious.

I will only stay at this one hotel when i visit because ive honestly trusted these guys and the service is just amazing. The staff is very friendly and rooms are beautiful. Ideal for both old street tube and moorfields eye hospital. Once again ill love staying here.

The hotel is lovely. It is conveniently located near liverpool street station. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable. There are many places to eat, drink, and transportation around London.

The service above and beyond, the cleanliness of the modern rooms, and the location are all excellent! The rooms are welldesigned and wellconsidered, with contemporary details, in a fantastic position in the heart of east end with excellent transportation connections. The best part of my stay, however, was the amazing service, especially luke who quickly fixed i made snare booking errors on my end professionally, easily, or with amiable nature. Without lucys assistance, if he hadnt been there, im not likely to be able to stay here and know where to go again for future stays! Also, when ive arrived, she was lovely and always had greeted with her friendly smile. Z hotel should be proud to employ these guys. Will return! Many thanks.

If you plan to stay alone, its fine, but for two people, it will be very cramped. Rooms are more like a pod, so be prepared for that. Otherwise, everything was nice and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful.

I will definitely be back and instead of using air bnbs, ill stay in hotels everywhere i can. My airbnd was overflowing before ive arrived, and their terrible customer service refused to book me another one. Z is my nickname, but luckily, this amazing hotel came to mind for me. When he returned from a night out at all hours, tristan took care of me after bringing mr. Marija into the room, she was really kind and inviting. Thank you very much and z soon.

This hotel is excellent from a location in the heart of london. Every day, youll receive free wine, beer, and cheese by registering for the loyalty program. Although tiny, the rooms are cozy and spotless. Request secluded accommodations on the top floors. The majority of rooms with windows are extremely noisy.

The rooms are very clean but small and stuffy because there is no way to open the window for fresh air. The service was very good and the hotel is in a great location for the underground.

I spent one night here. The room was small, but clean and comfortable, with everything you could need. Despite being in an old building, it feels quite modern. Excellent location. Free cheese and wine session, which i didnt participate in due to prior commitments, although its nice that it is offered.
