Staff all very happy to help. Room small but only there for the weekend so ok. Superb location. Would definitely stay again.

We were there for a mother daughter trip and it was great. The staff was helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed arriving on a Tuesday and getting to enjoy the Wine and Cheese reception when we got there.

Room was small but clean with a comfortable bed and big tv. Shower was powerful enough with plenty hot water - slight issue with attachment holding shower head in place as it kept falling down - maybe needs replaced. These rooms always have an issue with hanging clothes. Maybe needs some new ideas for this. Overall though would stay here again.

Never stayed with this hotel chain before but everything was fantastic. Reception were always helpful & friendly. The room was simple but had everything needed for a relaxing & comfortable stay. Really central to the underground, shops, food & drinks options. Will definitely be using them again in the future

Great pod style hotel. - Great location. Comfy beds. Only thing I did not like was after a long time travelling the receptionist constantly tried to up sell. It was as irritating after a long journey

The hotel was far better than I expected for the great location it was in The staff are really friendly and helpful We was offered an upgrade for £50 for an all inclusive experience and this was amazing. Nice drinks including non alcoholic beverages and food was nice Would definitely recommend this hotel for a weekend break and the value of the all inclusive

Acomodação bem localizada, os funcionários muito prestativos… além de deixar nossas malas mais cedo, levaram elas para o quarto. O quarto é bem pequeno, esse é o único ponto.

Excellent location. Easy to get into hotel lobby and it’s very secure. Suitable for overnight or short stays. We stayed in a room without windows but slept like babies. Room had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Perfekt plassering rett ved Covent Garden. Hyggelige ansatte, moderne og rene rom men veldig små. Greit å være godt kjent med reisefølget ditt om dere er to, ettersom badet har glassvegger.
