Thank you to all the staff at the Z Hotel, especially at the Front Desk / Reception, for a wonderful stay. My room had a view, and, was comfortable so i slept well. And, a cup of coffee with a croissant in the morning in the excellent downstairs cafe was just the thing! — Thanks again! —Rebecca

The staff, especially Zuzana, was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us, close to coach and train transportation as well as the London sights we wanted to see. The windowless room we selected, based on the best rate, was very small but for our short visit was just fine. Would definitely stay here again.

Foi incrível, entregou tudo o que prometeu, ar-condicionado, elevador, equipe de funcionários atenciosos, recepção 24h e ótima localização (próximo do metrô). Uma das funcionárias foi super amigável (infelizmente não sabemos o nome dela), mas foi exemplar!

My wife and I chose this hotel based on location. It’s only a 3 minute walk from the Victoria train station which is a main transportation hub. There are lots of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance and it’s very close to a hop on hop off tour bus stop. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff were great. I will say that we found the tiny room size a bit of a pain for a 4 night stay but we made it work and we would stay here again.

Super hotel z Victoria , lige midt i London. Værelset var meget lille, men vi skulle jo også kun sove og bade der. Helt fantastisk personale og meget hyggelig reception hvor der altid kunne købes noget at spise , lige fra pizza til sandwich. Morgenmaden var rigtig lækker ( ikke engelsk morgenmad ) her kommer vi helt bestemt tilbage til
