The place is VERY well kept, rooms are spacious, breakfast is well done to your liking , hostess is very friendly ready to help you in anyway. View from our room was on the lake with castle in the background just beautiful. You also have that view from dining room or the front lawn. I strongly recommend that BnB

Owners were so helpful and kind. The breakfast was excellent. Complimentary tea/bicuits. Rooms had everything we needed. The lounge area is brain. An all around great stay!!

Parfait. Maison avec vue sur le lac, tables extérieure et petite cour. Parking spacieux. Les chambres sont aménagées avec goût et sont très confortables. Le salon superbe et stylé. Le petit déjeuner excellent préparé avec soin. Et surtout nous avons eu un très bel accueil, des personnes aimables, attentionnées et bienveillantes.

There was a safe place for me to keep my motorcycle out of view. upon arriving staff were immediately friendly and offered to help me with getting the bike sorted. I was even greeted by a little wild bird who popped out the bush, apparently he is fed by the staff The room was very clean and the property is in a beautiful location with views of Inverary Castle across Loch Fyne. It would be nice if there were a path down to the Loch as the waters edge was pretty much inaccessible other than that, no criticism the cooked breakfast in the morning was outstanding one of the best I've ever had

We loved our stay at Thistle House. The house was beautifully maintained and furnished and even detail was thoughtfully taken care of. We had rooms with a lovely view over the loch and we were also served a delicious breakfast. We will definitely come back!

You could not meet nicer hosts than Sue and Avril, superb experience and a solid recommendation for anyone wishing to stay on Loch Fyne. Easy to find and plenty of parking. Breakfast was spot one and great produce used. Excellent experience

Sue and Avril really made our stay pleasant. From the moment I had contact with Sue (requesting another night stay) to dinner reservations and afternoon tea when we arrived, she was constantly engaged with us and making our stay at her beautiful Thistle House warm and welcoming. Breakfast in the morning was fabulous and held us on our daily hikes. Avril was always willing to stay and have a lovely conversation about the wonderful breakfast, adorable chickens out back or just the beauty of Scotland. Wow! Such a fabulous place to unwind. We definitely would stay again. Thank you!
