This place is ideal for a stay before or after boarding cabs. The shower and bathtub were both excellent, and the bed was firm but comfortable. Although the taps were quite noisy, we couldnt hear anything outside our room. Very welcoming reception staff and delicious breakfast, especially the view of the runway. When flying from heathrow, i will most definitely stay here again.

After our flight, we decided to stay here. Ive stayed at this hotel several times before. The rooms need renovation because they are so old and basic. Great breakfast. Perfect for a onenight stay.

On the 19th of december, we spent one night at the thistle. Jobin was a really kind, helpful, and polite person who welcomed us. We were given courtesy of being told that we were day visitors, which was wonderful. It was also incredibly nice to receive savoring ice and chocolates as perks for our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting terminal 5 in heathrow for its convenience and ability to use the pods, it was an excellent experience. Many thanks.

The rooms are old and worn out. However, the location is excellent for walking to the t 5 pods (ps 8 per person, per direction) which is ideal for an early flight. The restaurant is currently closed due to renovation work.

Hotel yang sangat bagus untuk menginap sebelum penerbangan Terminal 5 keesokan paginya. Mudah dijangkau dengan tempat parkir yang luas di lokasi. Kami menggunakan antar-jemput Pod yang sangat bagus, mudah digunakan dan hanya PS 8 per orang. Pasti akan menggunakan hotel ini lagi di masa depan.

The parking lot is very busy given the hotels location. The rooms are also small. However, the rooms have very well appointed and as most people stay and fly, so the size of the room is not that important. We had dinner and breakfast on the terrace and for plane spotters, it was a spectacular view. Right next to the runway. Service was good and the food was very good as was the service. To get to terminal 5, it is ps 7 per person and you need to jump on tv with pod system.

Before going on vacation, stay clean and tidy, but very basic, beds were very hard and rooms were very much premier inn style, perfect for flights from Terminal 5 via new pods. But be aware that transfers may take longer at other terminals and if pods close, as they did on our return trip, it takes ages to get back as you have to wait for minibus pick ups, it took almost 2 days from landing to collect the car we were terminal 3 staff friendly, provides airport parking at the hotel for guests.

We only stayed one night in this hotel on our way from spain to use. We were pleasantly surprised. Usually, airport hotels dont ask for much, but this one is better than what i have seen before. The staff is kind, very helpful and nice. Everyone is ready to help and accommodate you in the best possible way. When we arrived around 1 am, checkin was easy. Very comfortable room and bed. Thank you very much. Oh, and getting to the airport terminal was very easy and fast with pod. Just a few minutes and you are there.

Overall, good value for money. Excellent for spending the night before an early morning flight. The rooms had soaps and tea and coffee making facilities in the bathrooms. Although it wasnt particularly pleasant, the room did smell strongly like air freshener, but it was clean enough. Its a great spot to have iced up because the restaurant and bar area have an amazing view of the airport runway, and the location is ideal for using the very simple pods to get to the terminal.

The cheap rooms could use some updating, but you get what you pay for. Had to pay extra for parking for the stay. The food was good, however, i had the waiter come over halfway through to see how it was. Breakfast was nice and hot, which was helpful for yourself.

There are no frills, but its perfectly fine for a onenight stay before boarding. The onsite parking is excellent. No need to worry about moving the car in the morning. Its also really useful if youre flying from terminal 5, as you can get the pod over. If you are going to another terminal, it is not ideal because the shuttle bus no longer stops at thistle. A taxi or merely cab is available. We took ps 23 for our taxi. An Uber might be comparatively less expensive. With sweeping views of the runway, the restaurant is pleasant and serves delicious food. Please keep in mind that the hotel lacks an elevator, instead, there are only two floors, so you only need use one floor to haul the cases up!.

Pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan sebelum penerbangan kami. Kamar memiliki semua yang kami butuhkan. Sangat bersih. Staf yang sangat membantu dan luar biasa. Ketel di kamar. Air botol disediakan dan bahkan roti pendek dan sekotak coklat mini. Sangat berguna untuk T 5.

Excellent location, the staff was friendly and changed our room because we needed a twin instead of doubling. Its really useful because there is t he board clearly describing the various ways to get to the airports. Yes, you will notice flights taking off, but they will blend in after allowing you to avoid disturbing them. The rooms were fine, and the shops inside the hotel were expensive, so please bring snacks unless you want to pay ps 7 for somw crisps!.

The hotel was mediocre overall. The room we were given, which was the most basic, was small but big enough for my wife and me without feeling cramped. Although the beds were decent, they werent particularly worthy. In general, the hotel is pretty average. Staff members were extremely helpful and kind, always going above and beyond to assist us and provide all the information we needed.

The airport's proximity doesn't disrupt sleep as much as I expected. The spacious rooms on the first floor did not really affect the rest of the trip, which was just a surprise. We assumed that the rooms 556 for our children and 557 for us would mean the same size as those next door, but this was not the case. The restroom's wall had to be slanted inward to use properly because the toilet was up against it, which posed a problem more than a problem. We chose this hotel because it was so simple to get there in the early hours of the morning through pods. This is why we chose this hotel. We won't be disappointed, and we will undoubtedly stay here for our next trip.

My stay in preparation for an early flight was excellent. The checkin process was smooth, and the room was cozy. I didnt have breakfast. If i were to depart from t 5, ill most definitely use it again.

Strongly recommended! You never know what to expect when traveling abroad, and thistle exceeded my expectations. The pods were excellent for getting from the airport to the hotel. Staff was very professional. Room was great, decent size, private full bathroom, clean and quiet. Location was excellent, close to airport and easy to get into london.
