i always have a great stay, the rooms are clean and have all the facilities i need, staff are great and good pubs and restaurants nearby, also have good free parking.

Room nice and clean very friendly staff very helpful, car park very big ample parking facilities. Shops near to the location ideal for grabbing food and a drink , plenty of places to eat and get a drink nice town .

The suite was perfect and had everything we needed. It was warm and comfy. Sharon on reception was so helpful and approachable, she would put many a receptionist in the 5-star hotels I've stayed in to shame.

After many years of attending this well appointed hotel finally i got an upgrade. The hotel is well situated for walks along Shakespeare's smug Trent. The Burton Bridge Brewery is over the road. Town centre a short walk. Parking more than adequate. I think if you can put up with the road noise of a weekend its one of the best hotels in town. Parking my confuse some as the hotel is on an island. Check during winter for flooding which can close the old bridge. Popular during the towns annual boating regatta.

Enjoyed the week no food at the 3Queens but great cafes at walkable reach at good prices. Place very clean towels changed every day and beds made up as well. Enjoyed it(fire alarm one night all evacuation went well,found to be false alarm someone spraying airspray in room. Staff were very good.

It's a wonderful building . All the rooms are different but all have their own charm . The staff are very welcoming . It's quiet and I get a great night's sleep after a busy shift . It's a pity there is no restaurant but it's only a short walk to town . 😊

The outside looked a bit scruffy but was clearly mid renovation. The inside was excellent with much character and we really enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. No food was served but plenty available within a very short walk.

We have stayed here a few time the car is always safe in there car park and the room was more than adequate. But bathroom very hot the light was not stay on for long enough sensor over active .but this would not put us off as it's reasonably priced , and very welcoming looking forward to our next stay ... Lovely staff, friendly and so nice if you take a child, nice and cost efficient too they also allowed me to extend on the same night to make it two nights instead of one, I will return again.

Room was very clean, plenty of towels provided, shampoo, showere gel and soap in bathroom. Weatherspoons only 10minutes from hotel. Perfect hotel for a over night stay.
