PLEASE NOTE:The apartment is monitored by a security system that tracks noise levels and monitors how many mobile devices are in the property. An alarm system is in place to alert the property owner if the noise level rises and the number of mobile devices rises above the number of guests booked so it is important that you notify us if you are planning on having visitors to the apartment. CCTV monitors the entrance and outside areas of the property.The outdoor fireplace can be used but there is a charge of £15 to clean the fireplace and £15 per bag of logs used.Could you kindly provide us with your estimated time of arrival and departure?
